I showed him where it was their thread and repair and he still would not fix. Then to top it off he accused me of running some pillow sewing scheme!! He said I don't know how many of these pillows you have at your house and I'm fixing for free! Meanwhile they know very well their thread and how they repaired it. So upsetting. I can hand sew but I'm a mom who works full time, does the homeschooling, and like everyone I have a lot of stress due to the pandemic. This was the Tuesday before a Friday night prom. The owner (I don't know her name) was very sympathetic and supportive! She understood the stress of the situation. Not only did she hem the pants and let out the seat but she pressed his new shirt in record time. It was done by Wednesday!!!! AMAZING customer service!!! The suit looked perfect on him.
