Went here for the first time and unfortunately had a really bad experience. My laundry was completely mixed up with someone else's, and I had to dig through a bunch of clothes trying to figure out what was mine. I'm still not confident I got everything back. To be fair, the lady who helped me (not the one I dropped off with Mya) was extremely kind and helpful -- she really did her best to assist. But that doesn't change the fact that this kind of mix-up shouldn't happen in the first place. I won't be returning. read more

Today has to be one of the worst experiences of my entire life. I left my clothes to get washed on a Sunday night (63lb) came Monday 9/1 to pick them up and realized the bags labeled with my name did not belong to me. After explaining to the worker she informed me that my clothes had been mixed and washed with someone else's by mistake. I had to then stand there and go through every piece of clothing in 5 laundry bags to find what belonged to me and what didn't. After 45 minutes of going through laundry we reached the end of the bags and I still did not have all my clothing. At the end the issue was not resolved and I am leaving without all the clothes I brought in and there is no way for me to be able to tell or any solution . All I was given was an apology from the worker and that's it. I would not recommend this to anyone in the area so many different laundromats that's wouldn't make such a simple but huge mistake. When my washer breaks or laundry gets out of control I head here. Everyone including the owner is so nice. The place is nicely kept. Plenty of washers and dryers even if busy. There are Tv's to help pass the time. Great thing about this place is you can do your own laundry, have them do it for you or their is a service you wash and they dry and fold. They sell small boxes of detergent and fabric softener if you forget yours. Coin machines take $1 $5 $10 and $20 denominations. Plenty of folding tables and carts to move your laundry from washer, dryer, folding table and car. Convenient ramps to get in and out to your car. Located on the 36 south bound lane in the same shopping center as IHOP, Dunkin' Donuts and Stop and Shop. Easy access from routes 35 and 36. Plenty of parking. Back your car in and use the ramp to roll your cart down to your car for easy loading. read more

If I was able to give 0 stars I would. The two employees talked badly about the owner and the customers the entire time. Definitely do not drop your clothes off to be washed they placed the clothes on the dirty floor before putting them in the washer. They kept complaining about smelly clothes also complaining about lazy customers the entire time I was at this location. I dropped a few Downy Unstoppable beads on the floor, they made several comments about the beads. Then a few minutes later she proceeds to complain and brings me a broom to sweep it up my self. The owner should take a closer look at the people working for him as they had no respect for anyone especially him and his business. read more

In town caring for family member and needed to do midweek washing. My family member regularly uses this establishment. It was great! Clean, sparkling machines, mopped floors, friendly attendants, and, no typical laundromat odors. One load wash/dry in under an hour. Very pleased. read more

Laundromat is very clean with plenty of room--even during busy times always available seating and folding tables as well as carts. There is parking in front with ramps making it easy to load and unload. Also large selection of machines that always work. The owners are friendly and helpful. read more

This place used to be good, and I was a regular going out of my way to do my laundry with them until just today I was there and because I had to take two cars the manager was furious that I parked so close and demanded I move my car, screaming out my outside of her own establishment, claiming that it was just because she cared about her customers and wanted to leave the spaces open! The owner is cranky and overreacted over me unknowingly parking in a spot for her customers which were not labeled as parking for rinse cycle customers. The spots were only had a sign saying customer parking which I thought was for stop n shop as it was near it. When I said I would move the vehicle with no problem she shot off her mouth and threatened to call the police. She then called me a loser and a freeloader...... Was parked in the spot for maybe five minutes for a quick run in. I would never use her business. I like a lot of others really prefer to buy things from people I like. There are plenty of other ways to do laundry. This is not the only place around. Don't make miserable bad business owners rich. read more

Amazing place with great service! On-site parking available. Wash and fold service is affordable and clothes are perfectly folded. It's also very clean, has plenty of indoor seating and a TV. Rinse cycle makes my overall laundry experience more pleasurable and I enjoy going every Sunday. read more
