My family will not be back. The people that run this place are terrible. My father was in there today and the lady who was there was complaining about something and told my father, "I don't like you." I'm sorry.... we've only been giving you business for the past 3 years every single week... which adds up to A LOT of money, at least for my family. In what world is it acceptable to tell a client that you don't like them? Taking my business elsewhere that does appreciate our money and has decent customer service.

I'm always respectful and clean up after myself as best I can since I have guinea pigs and do their flannel pads and covers as well as my own. That comes with hay. Lots of hay. Well as I was loading up the dryers the attendant told me that the owner wanted to speak to me. The owner then told me that the hay was blocking up the dry cleaners vents next door and I should perhaps use another laundromat as it's a $400 fee every time for her which os bullsh*t. That's fine she doesn't need the money I've been feeding into her machines sometimes 2or 3 times a week for the last 3 years.. Don't treat your customers like a burden and you'll continue to get their money.

To be fair, the lady who helped me (not the one I dropped off with Mya) was extremely kind and helpful -- she really did her best to assist. But that doesn't change the fact that this kind of mix-up shouldn't happen in the first place. I won't be returning.

After explaining to the worker she informed me that my clothes had been mixed and washed with someone else's by mistake. I had to then stand there and go through every piece of clothing in 5 laundry bags to find what belonged to me and what didn't. After 45 minutes of going through laundry we reached the end of the bags and I still did not have all my clothing. At the end the issue was not resolved and I am leaving without all the clothes I brought in and there is no way for me to be able to tell or any solution . All I was given was an apology from the worker and that's it. I would not recommend this to anyone in the area so many different laundromats that's wouldn't make such a simple but huge mistake. First and foremost the place was spotless. I probably would have left immediately if it wasn't. Attendant was friendly and helpful. The place was busy(good sign) and looked like they do a lot of commercial laundry(another good sign). There was a big variety of machines but I went straight for the giant washers in the back. They looked like they belonged in a factory. All my laundry fit in and washed it all in one shot, perfect. I also liked that I didn't have to buy a card or token like I use to years ago to start the machines(prob have $100 worth of old cards in my drawer). Overall a great experience and would recommend, even though I hopefully won't have to be back soon, basements much easier! Oh, and they had free coffee too!
