WOW !! .....Unbelievable ! .....They Found Money in my Pocket and Returned it !!!…read more I left a basket of my usual bi-weekly service, you know, wash n fold, a few dry cleaning items.....I arrived today to pick up and I see a plastic bag with money in it attached to my order. It turns out, I unknowingly left $250.00 in the pocket of my jeans !!!! The employees at Laundry Express were sure to have the money waiting for me today. You don't find such honesty these days....My great Thanks to the new owners of Laundry Express. I am a forever customer.

Denise has even given me advice on how to get stubborn stains out of my clothes, she is a true gem. The place is sparkling clean with great features like free WiFi and a phone charging station. The washers range in price from $3.00 to $6.00 for the largest machine; dryers are 25 cents per six minutes. There is a change machine available (ATM outside) as well as a soap dispenser machine. You can ask the attendant to purchase liquid soap or bleach for just $1.00. They even have a drop off service where you can have your laundry done at just $1.00 per pound. The only downside would be there isn't a private parking lot. In the summer it's a little tricky to find a street spot with all the shore traffic, and you cannot pull up in the front of the building. I highly recommend coming here for all your laundry needs.

My family will not be back. The people that run this place are terrible. My father was in there today and the lady who was there was complaining about something and told my father, "I don't like you." I'm sorry.... we've only been giving you business for the past 3 years every single week... which adds up to A LOT of money, at least for my family. In what world is it acceptable to tell a client that you don't like them? Taking my business elsewhere that does appreciate our money and has decent customer service.

No more lugging quarters around. Plus I attached my name and phone number to the card (which is optional), and when I lost it, I got a new card with my full balance transferred to it. I even use the wash and fold service fairly often, because sometimes I am more than happy to pay someone else to do my laundry for me. I've always been pleased with the way my clothing comes out. My only complaint is that, since the place is kind of narrow, a few of the folding tables are very cramped. There are also several that aren't, though. My assumption is that most people pick their laundromat based on how close it is to where they live, so I don't know if my review will help anyone. But I think they deserve the compliment.
