The woman at the desk acknowledged the stain and put a sticker on it and said they'd take care of it. I went to pick it up a few days later and found my white shirt to have what looked like a grease stain on it. Again, the woman at the front desk was super sweet and apologized and said they'd take care of it. Few days later, my wife went to pick it up. Same stains still existed on the shirt. Never received a phone call stating they couldn't remove the stains or anything. Told my wife to come back in a few days and said they would again, take care of it. I went to pick up my shirt on 9/26. Once again, the stains were still there. This time I was met with a gentleman. He was rude and more or less said they couldn't do anything. I explained that the shirt in which they ruined, was worn once under my vest and was over $200 custom made for my wedding. He was more or less getting nasty with me even though their machine ruined the shirt. He asked if I wanted them to use a chemical clean to try and remove the stain, in which case I said just fix my shirt. Went to pick it up today. 13 days later, stain was not removed. Throughout this whole process, not a single phone call, not a message. Nothing. They ruined my shirt that I only wore ONCE during my wedding and had custom made with embroidery on it. I understand accidents happen but ruining someone's clothes and taking no responsibility for it is a business I refuse to ever give my business to again. For something so sentimental and expensive, the lack of care and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this cleaner if you value your clothing or expect basic professionalism.

THIS COMPANY (Lakehurst Dry Cleaners, located in the Shoprite Plaza on Rt. 70 in Manchester, NJ) LOSES CUSTOMERS' CLOTHING REPEATEDLY and then takes zero responsibility for it, not even a simple apology. Instead, they insist, "You never brought that garment here," even when you know you did. That is completely unacceptable. . THEY HAVE LOST AT LEAST 10 ITEMS OF OURS OVER THE PAST YEAR, AND MOST RECENTLY, 3 SHIRTS AND 1 PAIR OF PANTS BELONGING TO MY HUSBAND. . They do not automatically give or even offer a claim ticket unless you specifically ask. So, when they lose your clothes, they conveniently claim they owe you nothing. THIS FEELS INTENTIONAL AND DECEPTIVE. . We trusted them and gave them far too many chances. Our Mistake...... . They also require payment in advance, or you will be charged more later. The stain was clear as day, you couldn't miss it. I came back a few days later to pick up my coat and I made the mistake of not checking the coat to make sure the stain was gone. I figured, hey since this is a dry cleaner and the stain is pretty visible there was no way they could miss it. I came home to find the stain all down the inside of the liner, like they never even dry cleaned my coat! To make a long story short, I brought my coat back for a "redo", picked it up a couple days later to find half of the coffee stain gone. There was still a coffee stain on half of the liner, and the worst part is they charge $11 for this inconvenience. Will never return.
