The change machine is out of order. I went to the bathroom to go wash my hands and the sink was out of order. The only thing working in the bathroom was the toilet bowl.They have the workers there with no running water to wash their hands. They are touching clothes and they don't have a way to wash their hands other than hand sanitizer this is freaking gross. This place is going downhill. I hope I don't have to find a new place to wash clothes so disappointed I used to brag about this place of how clean and immaculate it was. I can't say that anymore. Due to serious issues with my washer, dryer, and electrical problems at home, doing laundry became nearly impossible. After my washer flooded my home multiple times and eventually caught fire, I was left with weeks upon weeks of laundry to wash and months worth that had to be rewashed. Walking into a laundromat with that amount of laundry gave me extreme anxiety and embarrassment, especially as a single mother of two working two jobs with no help. From the moment I walked into Laundry King, Anthony and his staff were welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful. Over the course of about two and a half weeks they washed and folded over 200 pounds of clothing and bedding for me, including several large blankets. Every time I dropped laundry off, Anthony would personally call the same day or just hours later to say it was ready. The service, care, and professionalism were incredible. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. I highly recommend Laundry King to anyone looking for a laundromat or wash-and-fold service in Brick, NJ.

The woman at the desk acknowledged the stain and put a sticker on it and said they'd take care of it. I went to pick it up a few days later and found my white shirt to have what looked like a grease stain on it. Again, the woman at the front desk was super sweet and apologized and said they'd take care of it. Few days later, my wife went to pick it up. Same stains still existed on the shirt. Never received a phone call stating they couldn't remove the stains or anything. Told my wife to come back in a few days and said they would again, take care of it. I went to pick up my shirt on 9/26. Once again, the stains were still there. This time I was met with a gentleman. He was rude and more or less said they couldn't do anything. I explained that the shirt in which they ruined, was worn once under my vest and was over $200 custom made for my wedding. He was more or less getting nasty with me even though their machine ruined the shirt. He asked if I wanted them to use a chemical clean to try and remove the stain, in which case I said just fix my shirt. Went to pick it up today. 13 days later, stain was not removed. Throughout this whole process, not a single phone call, not a message. Nothing. They ruined my shirt that I only wore ONCE during my wedding and had custom made with embroidery on it. I understand accidents happen but ruining someone's clothes and taking no responsibility for it is a business I refuse to ever give my business to again. For something so sentimental and expensive, the lack of care and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this cleaner if you value your clothing or expect basic professionalism.
