Just like the name of the business... this place is seriously the best laundromat! I've gone through my fair share of laundry places, and I've settled. But since coming to this spot, I can now compare of how the standards of a laundry facility should be! Ok, let me start of with the owner, the boss lady. She is the most adorable, most pleasant, most helpful little lady. The place is also spic and span. When you think of a place to wash and dry your clothes... they are supposed to be clean. Most places I've been to before are so dirty!! Around 9p is when thr staff cleans the place. Ive seen them not only clean every washer and drying and everything else around, but do it a second time. Hey, thr cleaner the better. This place is also cool in the summers and warm during the winters. This place also provides 4 TVs and wifi. As far as pricing, they are reasonable. $6.75 for 6 loads and $0.25 for 15 mins of drying. $2.00 for 2 loads. Highly reommended. read more

came in today to wash clothes it is so hot. I noticed everybody is pouring sweat even their hair. They have no AC and they don't put the fans on. I asked the and she said the owner doesn't allow us to put the fans on because it's gonna make more heat. To pass out, but I already have my clothes in the machine. When I came last time, the fans weren't on either and it was also hot but not as hot as it is today. Someone is seriously going to happen to somebody due to the conditions and how can they let their workers work like that I will not be coming here anymore. I have been coming to the best laundromat on Hooper Avenue in Brick, New Jersey for four years now went today to go wash my clothes half of the machine machines are out of order. The change machine is out of order. I went to the bathroom to go wash my hands and the sink was out of order. The only thing working in the bathroom was the toilet bowl.They have the workers there with no running water to wash their hands. They are touching clothes and they don't have a way to wash their hands other than hand sanitizer this is freaking gross. This place is going downhill. I hope I don't have to find a new place to wash clothes so disappointed I used to brag about this place of how clean and immaculate it was. I can't say that anymore. Don't listen to the bad reviews, the place is super nice and clean and fresh to wash in. If you mind your own business then it should be a pretty fast. I drop my clothes off here every weekend to get washed and I pick it up the next day. The staff is very nice and always take care of me and they do a great job with my clothes. They have great hours and usually if you drop off in the morning they will have it ready by the night time. It's the best place around. read more

I have been going to this laundromat for 7 years and now I will never go there again amid their policy regarding COVID19. The executive order is that masks must be worn at all public places . I went in to pick up clothes. There was a "gentleman" at the desk "talking" to the kid behind the desk . I immediately asked where were their masks and why weren't they 7 feet apart???? I was then told by the kid behind the desk that the owners do not require everyone to wear masks . This kid yelled this at me. The "gentleman" then began cursing at me and yelling and followed me out continuing to curse . He then ran up to my car and after me again. I had the virus almost 3 weeks ago and was very ill for 2 weeks. I have a compromised immune system and have been extremely careful the few times I go out. I contacted News 12 and then the police to file a complaint against the business and the person to threatened me. I will NEVER set foot in that business again and will share this experience with my friends. An apology is the least they could do however if they have such a rude kid working for them I seriously doubt I'll get one read more

My dryer broke down and I had two comforters to dry so I ran down to Best Laundromat. My comforters were dry in 12 minutes!!!! Thats amazing! I found them to very clean and quiet; my only issue is the price. It is a bit high. But in a pinch, I loved them. read more

I have been a long time wash and fold service customer that spends over $1,000 per year. A week and a half ago, another customer came in and took my clothes. I patiently waited for 8 days for the other customer to return my clothes. The spoke to the owner Phil yesterday and he assured me if the clothes were not returned today, he would reimburse me the cost of the clothes. So as requested I sent him a detailed list of each missing item and the total cost. His reaction was there is no way that the amount I gave him could be correct (in other words calling me a liar) and that I would have to wait until the customer brought my clothes in. So beware that this business is unethical and does not keep their word. Please make sure you and/or your friends don't risk losing your clothes using their wash and fold service. read more
