If you post hours you should stick with them. This terribly inconvenienced me and even after telling the young man that I needed to have do my laundry for work the next day he just shrugged his shoulders. The open sign was still on when I left. Why have the sign on if you aren't letting customers in? I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Dropped off on Wednesday and it was ready Friday afternoon. The owners (husband and wife) are great and their employees are extremely friendly and accommodating. The only con I have is that I have a very nice dress shirt that I brought in and the press on it when I got it back was not the best. Going to bring it back and see if they'll re-press it for me but with with the quantity of stuff I brought them all at once it's understandable that 1 or 2 things weren't perfect.
