I came into this establishment with a bridal gown that is unfortunately too small because of baby weight that I am very much trying to lose. I was told prior to this (by three other people) that there were things that could be done to salvage the dress (corset back, letting it out a little, etc.) so when I tried on the dress and was immediately shot down by this woman, I was heartbroken. Instead of giving me constructive advice, she told me that the only thing I could do to make this gown fit is to diet and then had the audacity to ask me if the dress even fit me before I got pregnant? Mind you, I'm only about 10 pounds heavier than I was when I bought the dress. Luckily I found another seamstress/decent human, who was very willing & eager to help me. The dress CAN be salvaged. This woman is just rude and incapable of doing detailed work.
