My own experience has been very positive. The place is clean, the employees are helpful, and I feel safe there. I go on weekday mornings, and there are always plenty of machines available. The other patrons are pleasant, and I've had good interactions with them. Prices seem reasonable, but I haven't compared them with other places. One bonus is that drying is free if you use their washers (on the same day). Paying is convenient; you get a card that you use in the machines, and can replenish funds as needed. If you overshoot the $ you put on the card, you just use the $ the next time.

WARNING: OVER $300 IN CLOTHING DAMAGED -- LONGTIME CUSTOMER BETRAYED…read more I've been using this cleaner for years, but after my latest experience, I will never return. They damaged six of my garments, causing over $300 in total losses. One of my linen shirts came back with a large, visible hole in the sleeve -- and I have photo proof. What's worse is the complete lack of accountability. I expected better from a business I've supported for so long. Instead, I was met with excuses and no real attempt to fix the situation. If they could do this to a longtime, loyal customer -- they can do it to anyone. DO NOT trust them with your clothes. If ownership reaches out and fully compensates me, I am willing to update or remove this review. But until then, this warning stays.

Extremely Disappointed--Stay Away!…read more I came to Liberty Cleaners because a friend recommended them for light hemming and cleaning. Honestly, I think most of their positive reviews must come from friends and family, because this place is completely unprofessional. I dropped off my items and was told to pick them up Saturday. I never imagined that meant two weeks later on a Sunday! Summer is only eight weeks long--who waits two weeks for simple alterations? It was my first time there, and I was a good customer with a $150 bill, but I will never go back. Their timeline is absolutely crazy and not worth it. I live 15 minutes away, and the woman there seemed to think I should just keep driving back and forth like it's no big deal. It's not worth the aggravation, the frustration, or the wasted time. I came into this establishment with a bridal gown that is unfortunately too small because of baby weight that I am very much trying to lose. I was told prior to this (by three other people) that there were things that could be done to salvage the dress (corset back, letting it out a little, etc.) so when I tried on the dress and was immediately shot down by this woman, I was heartbroken. Instead of giving me constructive advice, she told me that the only thing I could do to make this gown fit is to diet and then had the audacity to ask me if the dress even fit me before I got pregnant? Mind you, I'm only about 10 pounds heavier than I was when I bought the dress. Luckily I found another seamstress/decent human, who was very willing & eager to help me. The dress CAN be salvaged. This woman is just rude and incapable of doing detailed work.
