After washing three loads, I dried one and found my clothes covered in hot pink bubblegum. Initially I asked for a simple refund for the wash so I could go elsewhere, they refused and said the only option was for them to rewash my clothes. But after realizing it was more than half of my clothing and over $1,000 worth of damages, I asked for them to work with me on replacing or compensating me for some of these items. Instead of taking responsibility or apologizing, the owner blamed me and said it was my fault for not "inspecting the dryer properly." As a business owner myself, that is completely unacceptable. Equipment should be maintained, and customers should not be blamed for damage caused on-site. The owner was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. He made false claims about things I said, overreacted, was yelling at me and then had the audacity to gaslight when I raised my voice back, and even implied they had the right to withhold my belongings since I filed a report, which makes no sense and would be considered grand larceny. At one point, I did call him a "greedy bastard," which I don't regret, because he was being unreasonable and combative and displaying fatherless behavior. And here is it in writing in case there was a misunderstanding. Sir you are an unprofessional greedy bastard and I have no problem repeating it as many times as necessary. This business shows no accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for customers. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

The first dollar inserted doesn't count towards your card load so you loose a dollar and get left with less value than you planned to use. Don't bring quarters it's not quarter friendly but you can trade your quarters for cash and get singles to load onto the card. Also ATM machine is broken and you can't get cash. Clean environment.

First and foremost the place was spotless. I probably would have left immediately if it wasn't. Attendant was friendly and helpful. The place was busy(good sign) and looked like they do a lot of commercial laundry(another good sign). There was a big variety of machines but I went straight for the giant washers in the back. They looked like they belonged in a factory. All my laundry fit in and washed it all in one shot, perfect. I also liked that I didn't have to buy a card or token like I use to years ago to start the machines(prob have $100 worth of old cards in my drawer). Overall a great experience and would recommend, even though I hopefully won't have to be back soon, basements much easier! Oh, and they had free coffee too!

Well, the only thing I can say is that the gentleman in the establishment was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, this place is dirty, half the machines are inoperable, and it is just not a place that you want to wash your clothes. Whoever is responsible for keeping this place clean is not doing their job. If you are a person like myself, who believes first impressions tell a story do not take your laundry here.
