This is one of the worst laundromats I've ever been to!!! Don't waste your money here. Terrible customer service and owners!!!

I came to visit a friend here this summer, and we have a month stay here. The air bnb we're at didn't have washer and dryer so our best bet was to find the nearest Landry mat. We found Bradley beach was within walking radius as we're basically on the beach. It's so hot outside recently and it took us about 20 mins to walk there, we're sweating absolute bullets with a sack of soggy bathing suits and sweaty clothes, basically turning into magma ourselves. We see the sign for Bradley's and we almost cry from happiness to get out from the scorching sun. Of course back home, the laundromat is quiet and comfortable, you're able to do you laundry with decent space and some polite conversation thrown in from the other locals. You can even get some work done while your load is drying. So I'm expecting the latter, as I've been living in nj-Nyc and pa. Cluttered streets but the city functions on these small places to keep our daily lives on track with mundane tasks that inevitably take you through the whole city to complete. So of course I'm in vacation mode- "this should be a nice experience!" Obviously surrounding this month in serenity and heavy waves and sun rays, I expected the local business community to reflect this vision I have developed over this June. But no. We walk in and start our loads of smelly sopping laundry- everything is okay at first. I am unsure of if the owner was there this day but this one girl was nice. Apparently my friend had seen her often the last year- they exchanged pleasantries and chatted briefly before my friend met me back to chat over our laundry tumbling. Suddenly- a barrage of children and their parents came in. I mean the LOT. The children were at eachother throats- screaming and clawing at one another. Throwing clothes and ripping through the place with their dads stained tighty whities on their heads. My friend and I looked on in absolute confusion. Hoping our laundry would be fast so we could leave this newly opened door to hell. The quiet now seeming like the fog before the storm- we realized the grave mistake we had made. There was no order, no decorum. And laundry machines throwing the clothes within its chambers- sounding like a dungeon by this point. Eventually we ended up leaving. Soon before our departure- one child desecrated his pants and began to fling poo at his parents who jumped out of the way of the poo cannon hurling their way, and splattering 3 of the washers. Luckily we were putting our now dry clothing away- and once this ensued we quickly packed up and ran half way back to our air bnb. We did try to complain to staff but they were giggling happily amongst themselves behind the safety of their desk. Privy to the chaos- their pockets would be full regardless. I don't think we will be returning here. You'll have more dirty laundry to clean than you came with. read more

This was my GO TO laundromat when I lived near Bradley Beach. The Ayers family that owns it are lovely and very friendly people, and it shows in how they have centered their business to cater to the customers needs first and foremost. They have gone above & beyond to create a one of a kind laundromat, where you get free dryers, coffee, wifi and plenty of comfortable seating inside or out. They make the effort to keep the place very clean, and the staff has gone out of their way numerous times to help me out in a pinch with whatever I needed. I would highly recommend trying out Bradley Bleach if you are looking for self-service laundry or wash & fold services. You won't find a better spot nearby! read more

Looks like I'm the first one to review this place in 2 years. It appears that new owners took over. Everything is excellent. Clean, nice staff, variety of working machines. Washers from $3.99 to $11.99. And free dryers!! They also offer a fluff and fold service. read more

I had 100% cotton rug that was very dirty and I had tried reaching out to a rug cleaning service and told him it could be washed. I was told by them good luck. I called Bradley Beach laundromat. Vic was very kind and suggested I bring it in and he would look at it so I did and he said no problem. The rug came back absolutely beautifully washed and dried for a total of $15. Unbelievable service. I can't wait to use them again. read more

What a great place. I just picked up my large laundry order (approximately 15 lg bags) of linens, pillows, comforters, mattress pads. We had some construction done in a house and I wanted all the linens fresh. Everything came back within 1 day. I was so pleased with how easy it was. The linens smell so nice, perfectly folded and organized in the bags. The price was perfect. (I did some research) The owner called me the night it was dropped off to confirm the cost and go over details. It was a simple, organized transaction. Very pleased and thankful. read more

I used their wash and gold service twice and both times has wet clothes when I got home. When I dropped of my things the second time I made the owner aware of the issue. Unfortunately I had the same issue. It's really a shame as they are very close to my home but I will be looking for a more realizable option. read more

I have been a customer for several years following Judy from West Grove to BB. My experience w her has been very pleasant. I am respectful of Judy and her staff, and in return, they are respectful. Judy has consistently spoken to me in an unprofessional manner. In our most recent conversation, I asked to speak to the owner of the business. She immediately hung up the phone instead of allowing me to speak with the owner. When I called back, she barked at me that she is sick of me & told me to call her employee?? I don't have her employee's number, nor is my issue with her employee but rather with Judy herself & her unprofessional rhetoric, cursing & hanging up on me over the phone, after asking to speak with someone above her. I absolutely adore the woman who typically services us, but this manager Judy is out of control. read more

The manager, Judy, messed up an order with the delicates. I wanted to put a post-it note on the delicates bag so the person washing it, could know to hang dry those clothes. Judy told me no, she would tell the person washing it. When we got the clothes, we saw that the dryer was used for these clothes. My gf called to explain the miscommunication & the manager, Judy, went off & started swearing at my gf. There have been earlier incidents, where Judy has gotten "offended" when we explained that the delicates were not hung dry. It's not that big of a deal, however Judy has some major anger problems & should not be talking to customers. read more

Applies to laudromat only, haven't tried dry cleaning: It's minimal and not fancy but I prefer coin-op, it's basically clean, the machines are good and Dina the attendant on duty in 11/2017 was very helpful when I lost my money on one washer even when it was probably my fault. read more

Can I give this place zero stars? Worst laundromat experience EVER. About 30% of the machines are out of order, none of the machines say what they cost on them and they are expensive! And they only take quarters. They won't break even a $10 bill for you. You have to go across the street to the QuikCheck. Also the sink is out of order, and the floor drains overflow and flood the place. They don't seem overly bothered about it, so it's probably a regular event. Anyway, never again! read more

Brought shirts and slacks on Friday in to be washed and pressed. I was told they'd be ready on Tuesday. Went on Tuesday night to pick them up and was told they're not ready, they'll be here tomorrow morning. It's now the next evening and I just got back from being told that the clothes still haven't come back. Some way to run a business. I'm finished with this place. read more
