The standard dryers are only 39cents (yes, cents!) for 10 min.! So you don't have to overstuff 1 dryer to save money. Here's a tip if you need to hangup a few things, i usually bring a few hangers with me.

Best part is the quarter slots are gone, now replaced with a high tech card system that sets a new standard. Also the lady staffer is very helpful in getting you up to speed with these new super machines. This new store is a nice addition to the Jersey Shore.

Dropped off on Wednesday and it was ready Friday afternoon. The owners (husband and wife) are great and their employees are extremely friendly and accommodating. The only con I have is that I have a very nice dress shirt that I brought in and the press on it when I got it back was not the best. Going to bring it back and see if they'll re-press it for me but with with the quantity of stuff I brought them all at once it's understandable that 1 or 2 things weren't perfect.

In what world would a rude ass B like that want to turn away customers saying they don't make change in a change needed business? They are so fricking rude there. Nasty people here and the place is always filthy.

This should have been a 5 . I was a loyal customer for wash and fold for close to two years and…read morenever had a single problem. Clothes were always separated, folded and shirts hung and nothing lost any thing of significance. A strange tee shirt might end up once in a while but thats it which I always returned. I could drop off in the morning and pick up later or next day depending on the season. My average bill was $25-40 for 7-10 days of laundry @ 1.00 per pound. So I was good for about 1100 a year or more plus dry cleaning. The LAST time I went the women over charged me 6.00 for my hamper . I didnt have my regular one because i was moving. I showed her my ticket for 24#s and she said sorry I have to charge you for the hamper ! I protested took all the clothes out and put them on the scale and it was 24#s. She insisted on charging me for 31#s. I told her you are stealing money from me plain & simple and if she didn't charge me the correct price I would never return... ever i made it clear I was serious. Just based on principle alone forget the $ 6.00. Talk about putting your thumb on the scale ! She said if the owner was there he would do the same and there was nothing she could or would do about it. Well despite the fact I had a ticket for 24#s and the clothes on scale weighed 24#s she STILL demanded the $31.50 for 24#s if i wanted my clothes. I told her again I would NOT come back and they were losing a very good customer which she knew because she was always thereI wasn't some Beni giving her a hard time. . I did not have any other options at the time but to go there. I Have not been back since March nor will I Thats is a rip off , Plain & simple anyway you cut it. So I either do my own now or go elsewhere which is a shame because they did such a good job. But I wont give my money to a thief . I have since moved and I have another Busy B right down the street closer then the other one but I won't use that one either. Why bother ? It's the same owner and apparently that is his policy Im sure the girl didn't want to rip me off she wasn't putting it in her pocket. Sheer Stupidity or a lesson on how NOT to run a business
