He was extremely rude and unreasonable, blaming me for not sitting next to the machines to watch my clothes, when his only explanation for closing was that he "felt like closing early." Ironically, even though he was the one in the wrong, he not only did not apologize, but turned around and yelled at me. Otherwise the machines are generally functioning (but sometimes not and I end up wasting all the quarters I put in), ~$5 for wash/dry (not even cheap), and has a quarter changing machine. My review is only for the laundry machines, not the dry cleaning service, but considering how little the owner seems to care about his customers, I would not trust them with my clothes whatsoever.

When I received it back, it sat in my closet for a few years as I never had a need to wear it. A few days ago I had an event to go to. I wanted to wear that suit jacket. I pulled it out of the dry cleaner wrap, put it on, and discovered that all the buttons had been torn off. I then take the jacket off, look and found a tag that stated the jacket had been received in defective condition. So, basically, they were blaming me for mishandling my jacket during dry cleaning and stripping the buttons off. Now, I assure you, those buttons were fine. I had just worn the jacket before submitting it for dry cleaning. At some point, while in their care, they damaged my suit and then blamed me for it. What makes matters worse is you would think the clerk who handed me the dry-cleaned jacket at pickup would have mentioned the damage. Wouldn't that be the right thing to do? No, Instead, it was left for me to notice the damage and it took quite a few years for that happen. I'll never give this cleaner my business again
