Clothes were always separated, folded and shirts hung and nothing lost any thing of significance. A strange tee shirt might end up once in a while but thats it which I always returned. I could drop off in the morning and pick up later or next day depending on the season. My average bill was $25-40 for 7-10 days of laundry @ 1.00 per pound.So I was good for about 1100 a year or more plus dry cleaning. The LAST time I went the women over charged me 6.00 for my hamper . I didnt have my regular one because i was moving. I showed her my ticket for 24#s and she said sorry I have to charge you for the hamper ! I protested took all the clothes out and put them on the scale and it was 24#s. She insisted on charging me for 31#s. I told her you are stealing money from me plain & simple and if she didn't charge me the correct price I would never return... ever i made it clear I was serious. Just based on principle alone forget the $ 6.00. Talk about putting your thumb on the scale ! She said if the owner was there he would do the same and there was nothing she could or would do about it. Well despite the fact I had a ticket for 24#s and the clothes on scale weighed 24#s she STILL demanded the $31.50 for 24#s if i wanted my clothes. I told her again I would NOT come back and they were losing a very good customer which she knew because she was always thereI wasn't some Beni giving her a hard time. . I did not have any other options at the time but to go there. I Have not been back since March nor will I Thats is a rip off , Plain & simple anyway you cut it. So I either do my own now or go elsewhere which is a shame because they did such a good job. But I wont give my money to a thief . I have since moved and I have another Busy B right down the street closer then the other one but I won't use that one either. Why bother ?
