I've been coming here every Sunday for the past several months. After trying several other…read morelaundromats in the area, I chose this one because it's consistently clean, the card payment system is convenient, and I appreciate the bonuses they offer when adding funds with cash. Unfortunately, my experience today (7/12/26) changed my opinion. I typically start my wash, set a timer, and wait in my car until the cycle is finished. When I returned, I found a significant amount of water covering the floor in the aisle where my washer was located. There were several other customers in the area, and it didn't appear that anyone had reported the issue. I informed the staff member on duty, Rosa, simply to make her aware of the situation. Instead of acknowledging the concern, I was immediately met with an unprofessional response: "You wait until the water is all over the floor to tell me." I calmly explained that I had just returned from my car, had only then noticed the water, and wanted to let her know. I also mentioned that other customers had seen it but apparently hadn't reported it. Rather than handling the situation professionally, Rosa continued to speak to me with an unpleasant attitude and gave me orders while addressing the issue. I chose not to engage and simply finished my laundry. By the time my dryer cycle was complete, she had already left, so I wasn't able to discuss the interaction further. It's disappointing because I've genuinely enjoyed coming here and have never had an issue before. The facility itself has always been one of the cleanest laundromats in the area, which is why this experience was so surprising. While I appreciate the quality of the facility, the way I was treated by a staff member has unfortunately changed my opinion, and I don't plan on returning.

I stopped coming here when the new ownership took…read moreover because the staff became unpleasant, but I went back yesterday due to convenience... big mistake. After washing three loads, I dried one and found my clothes covered in hot pink bubblegum. Initially I asked for a simple refund for the wash so I could go elsewhere, they refused and said the only option was for them to rewash my clothes. But after realizing it was more than half of my clothing and over $1,000 worth of damages, I asked for them to work with me on replacing or compensating me for some of these items. Instead of taking responsibility or apologizing, the owner blamed me and said it was my fault for not "inspecting the dryer properly." As a business owner myself, that is completely unacceptable. Equipment should be maintained, and customers should not be blamed for damage caused on-site. The owner was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. He made false claims about things I said, overreacted, was yelling at me and then had the audacity to gaslight when I raised my voice back, and even implied they had the right to withhold my belongings since I filed a report, which makes no sense and would be considered grand larceny. At one point, I did call him a "greedy bastard," which I don't regret, because he was being unreasonable and combative and displaying fatherless behavior. And here is it in writing in case there was a misunderstanding. Sir you are an unprofessional greedy bastard and I have no problem repeating it as many times as necessary. This business shows no accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for customers. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
