I had to pick up my pants that I had hemmed in a Friday since I had an event on Saturday morning…read morethat I needed the pants for. I called the number on the ticket a few times starting at 4:30 pm and no one answered. I then went to the store and asked the man who appears to be the owner if I was calling the right number. He didn't respond at all so I asked again still with no response. I gave him the ticket and when he handed me the pants I told him I wanted to try them on. He again didn't say anything but had a surprised look on his face. When I tried on the pants I noticed one leg was slightly shorter than the other so I said something and he finally said something which was you don't want to make too long or it will bunch up. I again said that one leg is shorter than the other and once again no response. After taking off the pants he laid the pants on the counter to try to show me they were the same lengths but one was slightly shorter (less so when they were on but still slightly off). I guess I lean slightly which is why when on they were off more but he as the tailor should've known to measure both sides. To top it off he charged me $16 which my wife said is on the high side. Anyway, I won't be back there. Rather give my business to someone who cares to give good customer service and can deliver a good product.

Their sign also say there is an extra charge for "same day" service not overnight service. It was my first time and last time going there. I like to support local businesses but not this one. However, I had two incidents where they supposedly had to charge me a debit card fee!!! One time, the man told me the minimum to use my debit card was $15! My shirts are only $7. I explained to him I didn't have cash and I also told him there was nowhere in the place where it said minimum card purchase was $15! He said he he had to charge me and we started arguing about until he said ok and didn't charge me a fee! Then again, same incident happens with the lady there a few days ago. My total was $7 and again she said she had to charge me $1 fee because I didn't have exact amount. I immediately asked her what the minimum charge was and this time she said $12. Still no signage of this anywhere in place! I did google this and this is NOT LEGAL! There should not be minimum fee charges that exceeds $10!!!! So I don't know what kind of games they are playing there but if it happens again I will file a complaint with BBB!
