To be fair, the lady who helped me (not the one I dropped off with Mya) was extremely kind and helpful -- she really did her best to assist. But that doesn't change the fact that this kind of mix-up shouldn't happen in the first place. I won't be returning.

After explaining to the worker she informed me that my clothes had been mixed and washed with someone else's by mistake. I had to then stand there and go through every piece of clothing in 5 laundry bags to find what belonged to me and what didn't. After 45 minutes of going through laundry we reached the end of the bags and I still did not have all my clothing. At the end the issue was not resolved and I am leaving without all the clothes I brought in and there is no way for me to be able to tell or any solution . All I was given was an apology from the worker and that's it. I would not recommend this to anyone in the area so many different laundromats that's wouldn't make such a simple but huge mistake. They said it would be ready this Thursday 3 days away. I thought that would be great. I arrived Friday, 4 days from the drop off. A day after they said it would be available. When I arrived it took them a while to find my suit, at which point one woman said, oh it has a big stain (it didn't) and she was just about to clean it. Seeing the disappointment on my face she said, you really should give us more time, drop your clothes off before you need them. Their timing was wrong, they didn't deliver, and they were condescending about it. Also $28 seems high. Sorry to bother you with my business. I won't bother you again.
