Pickup and return were on time, website and scheduling was easy. Price was reasonable. Otherwise, ARGH! At least 25% of my clothes were still damp. At least 3 hand towels were missing. 4 socks were missing. Half the clothes were inside out. And the shirts that weren't inside out, were folded front side in. When shirts are folded with the front inside, hidden, it's impossible to tell which shirt is which. The design, or different neckline or whatever isn't visible! To be fair, a bunch of places do this and I don't understand it! It's TERRIBLE! And I DID NOT GET A RECEIPT. I had been looking to change my regular place, but it definitely won't be Laundry Bros!

I live in town, and like to put money back into the businesses where I live. I like to see my community to thrive! This laundromat is clean, reasonably priced, has new machines... almost everything you need to run such a place. Everything minus the employees. Now, for the most part, laundromats are a self running business. On 9/24/16 I was running behind, and knew I wasn't going to make last call with my laundry. So, I figured I'd stop in... check the rates on the machines, double check what time they open in the AM, cash in my bills for quarters, and go home and get myself organized for the AM. Sort through the massive amounts of laundry my husband and I seem to create every week. Figure out what needs to be washed ASAP. Separate what I can get done with he quarters I've got. Bag it up! And I'm good to go for the morning! Things did NOT go as planned... I slipped my $20 into the quarter machine, and the women "in charge" made a a mad dash to inform me I was too late to start a load. I told her that I was aware. I'm there all the time. I was just getting myself situated for the morning. She started jamming all the buttons on the quarter machine screaming "no! no! no! quarters are for customer only!" And as I calmly tried to explain that I am a customer. That I am there every week ((and have never once seen this woman BTW)) that I was just going to head home and sort through everything I need washed, for the amount of quarters I had, and I'd be back in the AM. Welp! She was was having none of it! She all but ripped my $20 from the machine/my hands all the while continuing to scream at me ((half Spanish, half English... all rude)) that the quarter machine was for customers only! At this point the remaining patrons in the laundromat were wide eyed and astounded as well. Pardon me for thinking it was OK to put in a $20 bill for $20 back in quarters ((pretty even trade, no? Lol...)) to go home and square everything away in the comfort of my own home, and return in the AM. Now, maybe there is a problem in this location... and they tend to run out of quarters in their change machines. Maybe it's a huge pain in the butt to deal with refilling it, there are a million maybes that I would have GLADLY heard AND understood. However! The rudeness, and the approach... the volume and sheer nastiness that spewed from this woman's mouth... has angered me enough that I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again! I will now be hunting down a new place to spend my $30/$50 a week... a place where I will not fear being disrespected and screamed at. If you are in the service industry, providing a service for the people of your community, you need to be able to speak with other humans politely. Especially your decade plus loyal customers. I will be sure to share this lovely story with everyone I happen to know that may use this location. If here is another laundromat in the area, with the same degree of service that does not treat there customers in this way... I feel they are much more deserving or business.

Mercedes is another kind and sweet person who works there. Overall, if there's an issue with a machine you just let them know and you will be accomodated or reimbursed but the dryers are hot and they have a lot of choices to wash your clothes. They have big and huge front loaders! The dryers are hot and there's even coffee. It gets very busy and you want to keep an eye on your clothes. The only reason I'm stuck coming here is because it is the closest laundromat to where I live,…read moreotherwise I would go somewhere else. Despite the sign that says the door closes at 10pm, they often close much earlier than that. They locked up the door even when I had my clothes running in the machines. The next morning, when I was grabbing my wrinkled clothes, I thought I'd chat a bit with the owner. He was extremely rude and unreasonable, blaming me for not sitting next to the machines to watch my clothes, when his only explanation for closing was that he "felt like closing early." Ironically, even though he was the one in the wrong, he not only did not apologize, but turned around and yelled at me. Otherwise the machines are generally functioning (but sometimes not and I end up wasting all the quarters I put in), ~$5 for wash/dry (not even cheap), and has a quarter changing machine. My review is only for the laundry machines, not the dry cleaning service, but considering how little the owner seems to care about his customers, I would not trust them with my clothes whatsoever.
