They were able to clean and press his suit and shirt to new condition. I would not believe how good of a job they did If I didn't see it with my own eyes. Excellent service. A+ Thank you again Michael's for a job well done.

The coat was in perfect condition and was returned with multiple holes and stains. When confronted with this the rude disrespectful staff insinuated that the coat was cheap, so it was bound to fall apart at any moment. They distroyed a brand new coat and didn't even offer a refund of the cleaning service which would have been the bare minimum. DON'T USE THIS CLEANERS!!!

I needed a formal gown altered (taken in and hemmed) for a wedding, and Maria did an incredible…read morejob. She had it done in just a few days, and it fits perfectly--truly expert work. Inside the dry cleaners, there's a dedicated sewing and alterations room with a changing area. My initial fitting was on a Monday. It was short and efficient, but definitely not rushed--they were warm and accommodating, and clearly knew what they were doing. A few days later on Thursday, I got a text that the dress was ready! Alterations are never cheap, but Maria's skill and attention to detail make every penny worth it. I can't praise her enough. If you need anything tailored, I highly recommend Maria. I brought my custom made wedding tux to them a couple of days after my wedding. Dropped the tux off…read moreon 9/11, I called special attention to the collar of my custom shirt due to some stains. The woman at the desk acknowledged the stain and put a sticker on it and said they'd take care of it. I went to pick it up a few days later and found my white shirt to have what looked like a grease stain on it. Again, the woman at the front desk was super sweet and apologized and said they'd take care of it. Few days later, my wife went to pick it up. Same stains still existed on the shirt. Never received a phone call stating they couldn't remove the stains or anything. Told my wife to come back in a few days and said they would again, take care of it. I went to pick up my shirt on 9/26. Once again, the stains were still there. This time I was met with a gentleman. He was rude and more or less said they couldn't do anything. I explained that the shirt in which they ruined, was worn once under my vest and was over $200 custom made for my wedding. He was more or less getting nasty with me even though their machine ruined the shirt. He asked if I wanted them to use a chemical clean to try and remove the stain, in which case I said just fix my shirt. Went to pick it up today. 13 days later, stain was not removed. Throughout this whole process, not a single phone call, not a message. Nothing. They ruined my shirt that I only wore ONCE during my wedding and had custom made with embroidery on it. I understand accidents happen but ruining someone's clothes and taking no responsibility for it is a business I refuse to ever give my business to again. For something so sentimental and expensive, the lack of care and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this cleaner if you value your clothing or expect basic professionalism.

He allow another employee to come in sick and put everyone else at risk, same employee for the second time since last month, which got me sick both times. He brushed it off and said she wasn't or isn't sick because she didn't have the flu or a fever. I got upset that once again, after finally getting over the cough and congestion I had for 3 wks I have to deal with it all over again because he is careless. On another note I've caught, on several occasions, him overcharging customers. He will charge them for a dry cleaned shirt (which is $7.75 a shirt) and end up laundering it (which costs only $2.75 a shirt). there are more incidents but I don't have that kind of time to go into details.
