The woman at the desk acknowledged the stain and put a sticker on it and said they'd take care of it. I went to pick it up a few days later and found my white shirt to have what looked like a grease stain on it. Again, the woman at the front desk was super sweet and apologized and said they'd take care of it. Few days later, my wife went to pick it up. Same stains still existed on the shirt. Never received a phone call stating they couldn't remove the stains or anything. Told my wife to come back in a few days and said they would again, take care of it. I went to pick up my shirt on 9/26. Once again, the stains were still there. This time I was met with a gentleman. He was rude and more or less said they couldn't do anything. I explained that the shirt in which they ruined, was worn once under my vest and was over $200 custom made for my wedding. He was more or less getting nasty with me even though their machine ruined the shirt. He asked if I wanted them to use a chemical clean to try and remove the stain, in which case I said just fix my shirt. Went to pick it up today. 13 days later, stain was not removed. Throughout this whole process, not a single phone call, not a message. Nothing. They ruined my shirt that I only wore ONCE during my wedding and had custom made with embroidery on it. I understand accidents happen but ruining someone's clothes and taking no responsibility for it is a business I refuse to ever give my business to again. For something so sentimental and expensive, the lack of care and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this cleaner if you value your clothing or expect basic professionalism.

We have been using BTM Laundry for about 6 months now. BTM was recommended to us by our doorman, so several must use them in our building. This company so far has been a DREAM for us. We sign up online the day before we want to send out our bags, and they pick it up from our doorman the next morning. If you want it to arrive same day, we can pay $10 for speedy service, or whats included is next day delivery. We usually opt for that. The reason I chose to YELP them today is because they found a bank card in our laundry today. One of their workers took the time out of their day to email me and let me know that not only did they find it, but they will be sending it back to us with our laundry tomorrow.... Honestly, this is over and above what I would expect from a laundry service. Seriously, Thank You. We plan to keep using BTM Laundry for however long we will be in the New Brunswick area. Keep doing what you are doing, the monthly plan has been well worth the investment.... From a sales standpoint, we considered moving just to get our own washer/dryer (which we dont have in our building).... But instead, budgeting $100 a month to get laundry service and avoiding the costs of moving - and risk of higher rent - was a decision we do not regret. Thanks again BTM.

Peter and Chris are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They are never to busy to treat you like a person. I can tell by the amount of volume in their shop they are EXTREMELY BUSY. They were able to clean and press his suit and shirt to new condition. I would not believe how good of a job they did If I didn't see it with my own eyes. Excellent service. Anyway, my first experience at the venue itself was pretty straightforward - I walked in, handed my jacket to the cashier, got a ticket, and walked out. Granted, the cashier laughed at my (long) last name for quite a while, but I'm kind of used to that reaction, so whatever :) I actually didn't pick up the jacket for ~2.5 weeks because I was going on vacation, but they found it super quickly when I finally came in, so I was kind of impressed by that. The rate also seemed reasonable (although I don't do a ton of dry cleaning, so I guess it's possible my perception is slightly off). Overall, I would definitely come back here to get some suits cleaned.
