The prices are a slightly higher than some other local competitors, but not drastically so. (Let's face facts - if you're getting dry cleaning done regularly, a couple bucks here and there shouldn't be a deal breaker.) Honestly, I feel it's worth it for the quality of the service and how convenient it is. I have not yet had a problem with anything I have had cleaned, and I usually request next day service - not ONCE have I been turned down. If I am around, I sometimes stop by earlier than the ticket pickup times, and they have always had my clothes ready to go. There always seems to be a line when I go here - probably all the converts from other local places. Try it out - you won't be disappointed.

The woman at the desk acknowledged the stain and put a sticker on it and said they'd take care of it. I went to pick it up a few days later and found my white shirt to have what looked like a grease stain on it. Again, the woman at the front desk was super sweet and apologized and said they'd take care of it. Few days later, my wife went to pick it up. Same stains still existed on the shirt. Never received a phone call stating they couldn't remove the stains or anything. Told my wife to come back in a few days and said they would again, take care of it. I went to pick up my shirt on 9/26. Once again, the stains were still there. This time I was met with a gentleman. He was rude and more or less said they couldn't do anything. I explained that the shirt in which they ruined, was worn once under my vest and was over $200 custom made for my wedding. He was more or less getting nasty with me even though their machine ruined the shirt. He asked if I wanted them to use a chemical clean to try and remove the stain, in which case I said just fix my shirt. Went to pick it up today. 13 days later, stain was not removed. Throughout this whole process, not a single phone call, not a message. Nothing. They ruined my shirt that I only wore ONCE during my wedding and had custom made with embroidery on it. I understand accidents happen but ruining someone's clothes and taking no responsibility for it is a business I refuse to ever give my business to again. For something so sentimental and expensive, the lack of care and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this cleaner if you value your clothing or expect basic professionalism.

(I know, how does this happen, it's not like I didn't have weeks notice of the wedding) In an absolute panic I RAN to my local dry cleaners and although they were hesitant and told me that the tailor was not coming in, they promised to see if there was anything they could do. They were able to adjust the straps correctly and really saved me when I was in a bind.

I've worked for this new owner since march when he took over and never had any issues until January…read more4, 2023. He allow another employee to come in sick and put everyone else at risk, same employee for the second time since last month, which got me sick both times. He brushed it off and said she wasn't or isn't sick because she didn't have the flu or a fever. I got upset that once again, after finally getting over the cough and congestion I had for 3 wks I have to deal with it all over again because he is careless. On another note I've caught, on several occasions, him overcharging customers. He will charge them for a dry cleaned shirt (which is $7.75 a shirt) and end up laundering it (which costs only $2.75 a shirt). there are more incidents but I don't have that kind of time to go into details. All in all this man doesn't not values his hard workin employees or his customers.
