I could either by a new one or find someone to fix it. I looked at places that could mend my skirt and the reviews. I loved what people said about this place so I decided to take a chance. My receipt says his name was Harry. He was extremely nice and explained what he could do and how much it would cost. I was confident in my decision. My neighbor highly recommended them in a conversation later that day. It was ready in several days and I loved what he did. I got a ton of compliments wearing it the other day. Even a stranger came up and said how beautiful it was. No one could tell what happened. Amazing work

Well my husband started wearing the shirts and told me they smell moldy. I smelled them and sure enough, under the plastic, each newly cleaned shirt smelled moldy...yuck! He thinks maybe they put the plastic on while they were still slightly damp. That would do it! Today I stopped in to explain the situation. I figured they would re-clean them for me but I didn't even get a chance to ask. She told me "some people have homes that smell moldy, so that's why." I'm not sure if she even realized how rude that was. We don't have a moldy or smelly house. My husband has so many more dress shirts in the closet, none of which smell bad. He literally wore one fresh out of the cleaner's bag to work, and smelled the moldy smell all day. We've never had this happen at another dry cleaner's. (If they are still in the plastic, how would they pick up the smell from anywhere else?). Really disappointed with the customer service. Keeping a client is just as important as making one.
