He accused me of trying to cheat the business, referred to me as a "swindler" and a "repeated offender," and questioned where I had obtained the photos I sent of my own dress. I wanted to bring the dress back to have the issue addressed, but the owner told me I was banned from the business. There was no offer to resolve the problem. I just want to warn people about this place. Both the condition of my dress and the way my complaint was handled were extremely disappointing.
