I went to this dry cleaner to have a red wine stain removed from a pair of white shorts. When I…read morepicked them up, the stain was still there as you can see in the photo. I was shocked. I asked them if they could redo them, but they wanted to charge me again and said trying to clean them further could ruin the fabric. I decided to treat the stain myself at home, it came out completely. I guess you really can't rely on this cleaner to get the job done.

Extremely Disappointed--Stay Away!…read more I came to Liberty Cleaners because a friend recommended them for light hemming and cleaning. Honestly, I think most of their positive reviews must come from friends and family, because this place is completely unprofessional. I dropped off my items and was told to pick them up Saturday. I never imagined that meant two weeks later on a Sunday! Summer is only eight weeks long--who waits two weeks for simple alterations? It was my first time there, and I was a good customer with a $150 bill, but I will never go back. Their timeline is absolutely crazy and not worth it. I live 15 minutes away, and the woman there seemed to think I should just keep driving back and forth like it's no big deal. It's not worth the aggravation, the frustration, or the wasted time. They've lost a customer who could have been loyal. Save yourself the headache--go somewhere reliable that respects your time.

Four out of the four dark blue shirts came back splattered with what looks like white paint. All over the shirts, inside and out. I went in to show them to them, an older man told me he didn't do it, my husband must have gotten sprayed by white out. Seriously? On four different days my husband was sprayed by white out, inside and out on his dark shirts, and never noticed? The owner said he washes 700 shirts each day, and I'm the only one complaining.

WARNING: OVER $300 IN CLOTHING DAMAGED -- LONGTIME CUSTOMER BETRAYED…read more I've been using this cleaner for years, but after my latest experience, I will never return. They damaged six of my garments, causing over $300 in total losses. One of my linen shirts came back with a large, visible hole in the sleeve -- and I have photo proof. What's worse is the complete lack of accountability. I expected better from a business I've supported for so long. Instead, I was met with excuses and no real attempt to fix the situation. If they could do this to a longtime, loyal customer -- they can do it to anyone. DO NOT trust them with your clothes. If ownership reaches out and fully compensates me, I am willing to update or remove this review. But until then, this warning stays.
