I asked them if they could redo them, but they wanted to charge me again and said trying to clean them further could ruin the fabric. WARNING: OVER $300 IN CLOTHING DAMAGED -- LONGTIME CUSTOMER BETRAYED…read more I've been using this cleaner for years, but after my latest experience, I will never return. They damaged six of my garments, causing over $300 in total losses. One of my linen shirts came back with a large, visible hole in the sleeve -- and I have photo proof. What's worse is the complete lack of accountability. I expected better from a business I've supported for so long. Instead, I was met with excuses and no real attempt to fix the situation. If they could do this to a longtime, loyal customer -- they can do it to anyone. DO NOT trust them with your clothes. If ownership reaches out and fully compensates me, I am willing to update or remove this review. But until then, this warning stays.

Extremely Disappointed--Stay Away!…read more I came to Liberty Cleaners because a friend recommended them for light hemming and cleaning. Honestly, I think most of their positive reviews must come from friends and family, because this place is completely unprofessional. I dropped off my items and was told to pick them up Saturday. I never imagined that meant two weeks later on a Sunday! Summer is only eight weeks long--who waits two weeks for simple alterations? It was my first time there, and I was a good customer with a $150 bill, but I will never go back. Their timeline is absolutely crazy and not worth it. I live 15 minutes away, and the woman there seemed to think I should just keep driving back and forth like it's no big deal. It's not worth the aggravation, the frustration, or the wasted time. They've lost a customer who could have been loyal. Save yourself the headache--go somewhere reliable that respects your time.
