Instead of taking responsibility or even attempting to resolve the issue, the woman working there immediately got defensive, raised her voice at me, and told me to "check my house," as if I don't know what condition my own clothing was in when I brought it in. She did a bare minimum, one-second glance in the back, claimed she didn't see anything, and promised to call me before closing. Of course, she never called. While they offered a credit for the laundry service (not dry-cleaning), which I appreciate, it's not enough to make me return or recommend them.

They needed to be dried, I pull up to the laundromat at 9:05pm, the window clearly states hours are 7am-10pm with last wash 8pm, also doors wide open. I walked in with my son, and all she said to me was we are closed. I went back in, explaining all I needed was about 30 minutes in the dryer and the worker refused, said she had to go and that the customer inside was almost done. Proceeded to basically walk along side to get me out the door to lock it. I am still sitting outside currently 40 minutes later and he is still inside, lights on and the girl walking. G around. Why couldn't I have dried my one load of towels? As I am reading all the previous reviews I am finding that this place has definitely taken a dive.
