They needed to be dried, I pull up to the laundromat at 9:05pm, the window clearly states hours are 7am-10pm with last wash 8pm, also doors wide open. I walked in with my son, and all she said to me was we are closed. I went back in, explaining all I needed was about 30 minutes in the dryer and the worker refused, said she had to go and that the customer inside was almost done. Proceeded to basically walk along side to get me out the door to lock it. I am still sitting outside currently 40 minutes later and he is still inside, lights on and the girl walking. G around. Why couldn't I have dried my one load of towels? As I am reading all the previous reviews I am finding that this place has definitely taken a dive.

"Hi, How did my dress come out? Were you able to get the small stain off of the belt". She smiled in my face, looked at the damaged/discolored belt, and gave it to me and said, "Um, its ok. Here you go". I said ok great, took the item. Drove off and didnt check the bagged items till later that night. I was so upset, I went back the next morning to discuss a resolution or compensation for the damages to the dress. The old woman with the busted teeth didnt know how to respond and kept looking down at the floor and wanted to rush away from the issue at hand. She did not offer any fair compensation. The dress was about $50 from Amazon, I paid $12 to have it dry cleaned. She did not pay me the $50 in damages. I had to request refund for the 12 dollars. And the cherry on top was that the old woman did not even have the decency or manors to apologize. Oh course, I had to remind her to do that. Needless to say, I was screwed over. I couldnt resell my dress due to damages and was given 12$. Its a shame! Proper customer service really goes a long way The owner should replace her immediately just based on that alone. Her behavior and lack of basic skills will eventually destroy his business that he worked so long and hard for.

I waited at home because I didn't have pants for work, but the delivery only just arrived. (10am) Now, as I go through my clothes, I've found items that don't belong to me mixed in with my laundry, and the blue Pottery Barn pillowcases I had dry cleaned have turned grey. While they offered a credit for the laundry service (not dry-cleaning), which I appreciate, it's not enough to make me return or recommend them.

Well she charged me at their Overpriced same day service. The next day I asked the owner how their same day service works and how much it was. He said drop off by 9 am pick up by 3 pm same day cost $18. So when I questioned why I was charged for this service when I was picking it up the next day he tried to change his story. Their sign also say there is an extra charge for "same day" service not overnight service. It was my first time and last time going there. I like to support local businesses but not this one. And by the way their listing shows in business for 10+ years. Its a lie. They are new at this location. Its why they only have 39 (now 40) reviews. I've been going to other businesses in that complex for years. There were not there.
