Do not go here! I am not usually one to leave reviews but I…read moream so upset right now. My dryer broke in mid cycle tonight, with a load of towels in it. They needed to be dried, I pull up to the laundromat at 9:05pm, the window clearly states hours are 7am-10pm with last wash 8pm, also doors wide open. I walked in with my son, and all she said to me was we are closed. I went back in, explaining all I needed was about 30 minutes in the dryer and the worker refused, said she had to go and that the customer inside was almost done. Proceeded to basically walk along side to get me out the door to lock it. I am still sitting outside currently 40 minutes later and he is still inside, lights on and the girl walking. G around. Why couldn't I have dried my one load of towels? As I am reading all the previous reviews I am finding that this place has definitely taken a dive.

That meant that I should've had $4.31 left on the card. Enough to do some drying. I went to the dryer and was hoping to use the remainder of what's left on my card I was confused because it said I had a bad card. I didn't quite understand what was going on, surely it must've been a glitch in the computerized system of the dryer because I had just gotten a brand new card just 30min earlier and know for a fact I didn't use the entire balance. I went to the front desk where I approached the woman who was working there and she took my card and "checked the balance" and sure enough she said I had a zero balance. I went as far as pulling up my online banking to show her that I had just made a $12.00 transaction right there at that location no more than 30 minutes ago. Proof! Also, if they just looked at the security cameras they would see that I only used that one machine and was not trying to get one over on them. I was foolish enough to think evidence transaction would've been enough to at least acknowledge some sort of issue with their machine. She just kept shaking her head. I asked if I could get my $4.00 back on the card that was not used and she just continued shaking her head. I grabbed all of my wet clothes and left. This is the type of experience that makes potential repeat customers never return.

What is the point of a dry cleaner if they are going to wash the clothes? I'm literally at a loss because those jeans cannot be replaced and they shrunk so much they don't fit me at all. They are fast, the staff were friendly, the clothes were folded nice and smelled great.! Went here about 3 times and whether it was the 3rd or 4th time I drove 20 minutes to pick up my soap and dryer sheets before I left town.The sheets ended up being at the bottom of the basket I would bring my clothes in, they couldn't find the soap. The manager was called and after asking what we could do about the soap I was accused of potentially trying to scam the manager out of soap. She was entirely unprofessional and I explained I can afford the soap, thankfully, but the principle is that I was not informed the soap was out and after 3 washes? She reviewed the tapes and she said the soap was all used. She was very confrontational, accusatory, unprofessional and it's a poor look considering your employees do a great job. In the future I would suggest that you don't leave soap or use theirs. Another poor example of management making the business look bad and lucking out with great employees. When Jasmine entered, she was hustling to tidy up the place. She didn't miss a beat to be sure the space was in order and presentable! And she was very kind! The best part about this was the optional payment method through an app! So easy! I washed and dried 2 full loads for $10. Seemed reasonable to me, but I really have nothing to compare it to. Highly recommend.
