Let me start with why I loved this place until... This…read moreplace is a perfect drop off and pick up your laundered clothing at the end of the day. They are fast, the staff were friendly, the clothes were folded nice and smelled great.! Went here about 3 times and whether it was the 3rd or 4th time I drove 20 minutes to pick up my soap and dryer sheets before I left town. The sheets ended up being at the bottom of the basket I would bring my clothes in, they couldn't find the soap. The manager was called and after asking what we could do about the soap I was accused of potentially trying to scam the manager out of soap. She was entirely unprofessional and I explained I can afford the soap, thankfully, but the principle is that I was not informed the soap was out and after 3 washes? She reviewed the tapes and she said the soap was all used. She was very confrontational, accusatory, unprofessional and it's a poor look considering your employees do a great job. In the future I would suggest that you don't leave soap or use theirs. Another poor example of management making the business look bad and lucking out with great employees. Thanks to the employees that were helpful and do a great job!

Affordable and nice laundry place…read more Pricing regular washers - $3.79 Large washers - 6.29 Huge washers - 7.89 Dryer is 0.49 cents per 10 minutes. Pretty cheap dry considering how huge they are They have plenty of machines. I can't speak for weekend but weekday afternoons/night, always plenty available machine. Huge washers can handle about 3-4 regular loads of clothes or full bedding set/large blankets You get a laundry card from the card machine. You can use cash or debit/credit card but paying with card there is a small fee. The card machines are both in English and Spanish. Sometimes I struggle to add value as the machine does not read it right. Customer service I don't use the drop off option but there is always at least one employee working For the first time, I had an issue where the machine was stuck and not draining water. The nice employee lady noticed me on her own (while busy folding laundry) that I was having issue. She quickly understood the situation? went to the back to turn the machine off to drain water, put the machine out of service, and compensated me by instantly offering to use their own card for the new second wash in another machine. The employee who worked January 31, 6 PM was very nice and helpful. Thank you Summary; Good pricing. Lots of machines. Helpful employees. Card machine a little difficult adding value.

The employee working was able to give me 20min for $1 way still cheaper than Laundry Plus $1.39 for 10 I only need 10 to dry my clothes but having the convenience and added time was worth the $1 which included a convenience fee of $.10. Not the $10 min like the last spot. They also sell cards and very similarly do the same thing except the prices are lower and the employee was able to work around selling me $10 card I didn't need.
