WOWWWWWWWWW what else can I say about this place!!!! Ok so I just moved here. Here's what I…read morediscovered. Dry cleaning is expensive everywhere around here (at least the places that are recommended and always busy which is a good sign bc you know your suits won't come out looking like a burnt piece of toast). I usually use dryel from rite aid but my apartment complex doesn't have a washer dryer that has timing so i had to find a dry cleaner. They have the best reviews and boy were the reviews right. My clothes after one dry cleaning here feel like I just bought them from the store. AMAZING. But expensive. Ok but tbh the real reason for this post is the tailor. Oh my sweet baby Jesus this woman is an angel on earth. I brought three items for her to tailor because her reviews were out of the this world. A skirt to be taken in, white silk pants to be hemmed, and a French silk romper that is 4 sizes too big on me now (I lost weight which has been great but also bad because now nothing fits). back to my story. Everything turned out beautiful but let's go back to this romper. THIS THING WAS A 4 SIZES TOO BIG AND FRENCH SILK WITH BUTTONS AND ZIPPERS AND DELICATE FABRIC. Before I brought it here I looked like a mix between a dog wearing a rain jacket (you know the ones that always slide off because the Velcro won't stick) and a parsnip wearing a paper bag. If you try really hard to picture this the picture you get isn't pretty. I didn't have the highest of hopes because I mean i was really starting from the bottom. It took 5 days to do all three items which isn't bad but I was anxious. I showed up to pick this up and try it on post alterations and let me say this WOWWWWWWWW!!!!!! It looked better than it did when I bought it in store!!!! It looks made for me (I suppose that's the whole point of tailoring) but I mean!!!! I WAS LIKE NEW ROMPER WHO DIS!!!!!! Because i couldn't believe it!!!!! I wanted to sound of music run on a hill singing in this thing!!!! It's beautiful and i felt beautiful!!! Bottom line--- come here you won't regret ***updated***** if you ever want to know how great this establishment is continue reading. They are kind and friendly and welcoming. That's something you know as soon as you walk through their doors. I went to this store on a Saturday. On Monday night I realized I lost my sunglasses and went into a mid panic because they are an expensive pair and also one of my favorites. I had been to multiple stores and places on Saturday and thought they were going to be lost forever. I messaged some stores, friends, looked in my car, anywhere they might be. On Tuesday morning at 7 am I called Morristown cleaners to see if they had them. They picked up immediately and told me yes! They had put it in an envelope taped up for me to pick it up with my clothes. I ran over there and sure enough they had them sealed in a package under the counter safely kept for me to come get them!!! I know this doesn't seem dramatic or crazy but it goes towards what great people run this business and why so many people trust them and go to them. It would have been very be easy for them to not put aside , or lose, or not notice. Like I said, I could have left them anywhere. I have been to restaurants where friends forgot their cards or wallets and the restaurant has never fOund them. Instead what Morristown cleaners did was not only keep them until I came back but they also packaged them and secured them so nothing would happen to them. They greeted me with a smile even though I looked like a lunatic going in there (I was basically wearing my pajamas) and were so nice about it. I have been floored with their hospitality and professionalism and honesty. I would never bring my business elsewhere based on their quality and their integrity.

I brought the shirts back and they agreed to redo them, but when I picked them up again, the stains were still there. I spoke with the owner this time, and unfortunately, she became somewhat defensive and implied that the stains may have already been there. What makes that difficult to believe is that both shirts had very similar stains, which would seem to suggest they came from the same source. Nevertheless, she agreed to redo them once more. To my surprise, when I returned for the third time, the same stains were still there. The employee working that day told me the owner would call me. I never received a call--no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to take accountability or resolve the issue. I've also had a few instances in the past when items were not ready when promised and was met with less-than-welcoming customer service. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with how this was handled. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and effort to make things right is what I find unacceptable and unprofessional. They also own Perfectly Pressed Cleaners, so I would recommend checking the reviews for both locations when deciding where to take your clothing.

If you care about your high end clothing, DO NOT GO TO FORTUNE CLEANERS. I am extremely…read moredisappointed with my experience at this cleaners. I brought in a few linen blouses that fit me perfectly, and when I got them back, they were visibly stretched out and no longer wearable. Linen is delicate, but this level of damage is unacceptable. What made things worse was the complete lack of accountability. When I pointed out the issue to the owner, instead of trying to help or even acknowledge the possibility of a mistake, she raised her voice, started yelling at me and insisted that I brought the blouses in in that condition- which is simply not true. Now, in addition to paying $25 for cleaning one blouse and $30 for another one, I am left with having to purchase new blouses because of her lack of accountability. Good customer service goes a long way, especially when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this owner chose defensiveness over professionalism.I won't be returning and would NOT RECOMMEND THEM if you care about your high end clothes being handled properly.
