I took my suit for dry cleaner, and the owner greeted me and took my suit in. She is very pleasant and courteous. I paid when I dropped it. 3 days later I picked it up and it was very good service. The price was very affordable for a suit and as I said before. I was greeted with a smile. They do very good job. Thank You Classic Cleaners. read more

Wonderfully responsive and excellent seamstress. The owner did an awesome job of adding straps to my daughters strapless dress and some sizing adjustment. As well, they pressed my husband's shirt with a quick turnaround time. I had 5 pairs of pants altered myself and it was well done and I appreciate adding them back to my wardrobe. Convenient hours and kind, responsive , knowledgeable business owners. read more

Classic Dry Cleaners - Requirements said no strapless dresses and the owner came up with straps for my daughter's semi-formal, well done - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Wharton, New Jersey

Horrible business. They added multiple creases down my shirt and pants. Additionally, I had a mark down one of my pants which I was able to scrub off with water later. This meant that they barely did the minimum when dry cleaning my clothes. They do not care about their product, do not take your clothes there. read more

I had 2 bad experiences here so I'm done with this place. 1. I needed pants hemmed. The length was too short and needed about 2" let out. I get the pants back . . . She didn't let out 2", she took in 2". I took the pants back. Now they need to be let out 4" . When I get them back the 2nd time, only 1 pant leg was hemmed. Grrrrrrrrrrrr 2. I needed a new button on my white shirt . . . no big deal, we can do that for you. I get the shirt back and they replaced the missing white button with a brown button. I asked why they replaced it with a brown button and they said I didn't specify that I wanted a white button. Are you serious, I said, that's button changing 101, use the same color button. Then they said they were out of white buttons. I couldn't make this stuff up. I walked out and never came back. read more

Been going to Classic Dry Cleaners for the past 6 months. They know my name and are very personable. I go on average two times a week and they have done a good job removing stains and pressing my shirts. They also box my dress shirts for travel. Never lost an article of clothing. Recommended for dry cleaning and dress shirt laundry. read more

This used to be an excellent dry cleaning business. Until the older couple left. The new people are terrible. They cannot speak English. It's nearly impossible to understand them. One day they realized they incorrectly charged me and called my house and tried to talk to my husband-he couldn't understand a word. Another time I stood there for 15 minutes while the man scrambled around trying to find my order then he couldn't figure out the total. I used to not mind the higher prices because the service was good, the owners were friendly and efficient, as soon as they saw me walking in they'd have my order ready, and would even take it to my car if it was a lot to carry. read more

I brought three dresses there for alteration. The owners were friendly and the service was great. She did a fabulous job on the alterations, and did it quickly. Worth every penny read more

Used Yelp to find this location. And I agree! Nice couple running the place. Reasonable and did more than I expected. I will return, even though it is a little out of the way for me. Worth the trip. read more

My favorite dry cleaners! They know how I like my shirts and pants pressed and they work magic on removing stains that other dry cleaners can't get out. The woman there has tailored all my clothes perfectly (I'm a petite woman that needs tailoring on almost all my clothes) and she even does wedding dress alterations. They also do wash and fold laundry services here. The owners here are a super cute couple that have been running this place for 15 years so they really know their stuff. They even load my dry cleaning or laundry into my car if I have a lot. Seriously, this is my go-to place because I know these folks will take care of me! read more

I absolutely love this couple. Really nice customer service is impeccable. I am working a lot and do not have more than one uniform. The wife once made alterations and cleaned clothing within the same day and did not charge me extra. Always over accommodate me. The friendliness and superb service is what makes this place a gem. Love it. read more

This place is a ripoff! $8.26 to clean a dress shirt. And then the proprietors use the "I can't understand English" pathetic excuse to shutoff dialogue. Stay away, find another dry cleaners in the area. read more

I needed to find an expert tailor to alter my mother-of-the-bride dress for my daughter's wedding. The dress was very expensive and very detailed and I needed extensive altering. The lady that did the alteration did a fabulous job and I received rave reviews at the wedding for how beautiful the dress was. No one knew that it had been altered. One of our bridesmaids needed her gown altered and she also went to Classic Dry Cleaners after hearing about how happy I was with the service. Her dress was altered very quickly and expertly and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend. read more

After years of using this Classic Dry Cleaners at the Busy Lady Plaza while on travel to the Rockaway, NJ area, I was so disappointed to see that the owners appear to have turned their business over to a family member. First, the new person lost a sock. Second, our washed laundry was returned still soiled. The woman at the desk said "I just wash." I guess it is strange but I thought I was paying for the washing to be CLEANED. I had already dropped off a second load when I discovered the missing sock and soiled clothing. In the second batch which included washing items and 2 dry cleaning items, everything was washed but again not cleaned. The sock was never found and I was not charged for the second bundle of clothing. It is sad to see a business with a history of superior customer service meet this downhill demise. read more
