Total 3/5 stars with that combination. HOWEVER... what I cannot accept is the RUDENESS and the utter DISRESPECT that the woman owner dishes to her customers. I say "customers" because I am not the only one in the comments that is saying this about the woman owner. I am in the customer service industry and I know that no one or no operation is perfect, and if my product is sub par or a mistake happens, I apologize and inform my client that I will speak to my team and do better next time, and will do our best and try not to let that mistake happen again. Whether it be her direct operation or the outsourced operation that cause the consistent sub-par cleaning or the occasional mistakes, what she does is completely disregard my complaint and tells me to change my lifestyle, or tells me the mistake is not so bad and I should just ignore it. If my clothes are returned to me not fully cleaned (my old dry cleaners always cleaned them better) or returned damaged (my old dry cleaners never damaged my clothes), whether it is slight or major, it is not her place to tell me how I should wear my clothes. I dirty my cIothes and I pay her to clean my cloths, and hopefully without damaging them. That is the basic premise of a client-dry cleaner relationship. If she simply was respectful, informed me that she did her best and was sorry that she could not do better, but will always try her best for me, or apologized for the mistake, and that she will speak to her team and try not to let that mistake happen again, I would happily accept her sincere apology and continue to give her business, be it a slightly sub-par product. At the end of the day, it is just cleaning my clothing. I can live a with a slightly sub-par product. But her RUDENESS and DISRESPECT is absolutely not acceptable, and if I treated my customers like that, i would be fired. Because of that, I will take my business elsewhere. I feel badly for the new South American guy, which might be a new business partner? He is very nice. The RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL Asian woman owner is killing their reputation/business, and I will have NO part of her.

Since then I have returned to them several times only to be disappointed in all three categories. They now charge over $100 to dry clean a comforter and over $50 to do a suit jacket alteration on the sleeves. You can buy a new comforter for that price and can also buy a new suit jacket. I don't know what happened to them and why the downfall in the way they do business and handle customers, but it really has gotten so bad I regrettably had to update my review. I will most certainly be looking to do business elsewhere. Moreover, I would no longer recommend them to anyone. 'Tis a shame.

But even so, always noticed issues. My assessment: the new owner was misled about the state of the equipment. These people appear to have bought it in good faith from a guy who always had issues with equipment but returned cash if needed. But he was def keeping it functional using bubblegum, caulk and paint. Clean, but not working well. For YEARS. It seems the new owner wasnt told the place is held together by bubblegum, caulk and paint. I hope this new fella is ok with so many repairs- and I'm sorry for him. But it seems he thinks it's a crazy state of affairs as well. I'm hopeful!

The 2016 YELP Review #220:…read more Came in during a road trip from Florida (a much need stop). The location was recommended by the cashier at the local IHOP, with some reservations. So, I really didn't know what to expect. Well, I am really glad that I didn't come to this laundromat because I learned that it is under new ownership. The place has been cleaned from ceiling to floor (new paint was going up while I took care of my tasks). In fact, once on property I met Darren and Suzie, the owners. Incredibly nice folks... that is when I decided to remove the old business from Yelp and add this new one. Their drive to make improvements is amazing. If you are someone that respects the honest reviews of a Yelp Elite, well then, I highly recommend this business. If you come here you will find it as I did... clean and well organized. If you are local and you are an avid book reader, please consider this location as a drop off location for your previously read materials, as they are building a Book Nook. Any place that has books draws me in (lol, seriously)... I have read signs and other places that market the concept as, "Need one? Take one! Have one? Leave one!" Oh, and these books shouldn't be limited to just adult books. No, you can't forget the kids! So if you're having a garage sale and you have left over books, why not consider donating them here? Need WiFi... They have it... and it's free! Last note: I love a place with rolling baskets... and they have them.
