I have Multiple Sclerosis so safety was a major concern. We discussed the length that I would feel comfortable walking and dancing. The material was a very delicate lace. The second dress for the same occasion but the material was a silky texture. She suggested a change for the front portion of the collar. Her input was appreciated. I had lost weight and with the suggestion she made was something I would never thought was possible. I went to pickup the dresses. I was nervous, not sure that it would fit well. I was extremely excited when I tried on the first lace dress. She adjusted the zipper that I had trouble closing. It closed without any problem. The length of the dress was perfection. She is a true professional. The second silky dress was unbelievable. The front collar was very subtle and classic, exactly my style of dressing. Irene made me and my husband very comfortable. Her business is extremely busy nevertheless Irene made me feel like a priority. Here staff is efficient and everyone is greeted immediately and helped with their specific needs. I was referred to her from the salesperson who assisted me with my purchase of my dress. Half assed the whole thing because she forgot about it. My fiancé dropped off the dress in April, went back July 12th, Carmen told her it's not ready and come back tomorrow. My fiancé went back the next day and the dress was taken in when it wasn't supposed to be taken in at all and none of the other alterations were done that were originally discussed. She said "I can't fix it". My fiancé went back on July 20th, Carmen wasn't even there she just left the dress by the register for her son to charge my fiancé for a ruined dress so that she didn't have to show her face to my fiancé and admit she messed up.
