I would leave zero stars if I could. This place completely destroyed a sofa cushion I brought here and when I brought it back and showed them compared to another one, the woman simply said, "This is what happens to leather when it gets treated." She then handed me a piece of paper with their disclaimer on it and said "I didn't give this to you when you dropped it off but it says so right here." Obviously if I had known I would have a cushion a completely different color than the rest of of my sofa I wouldn't have brought it in! The final straw was they refused to reimburse for the cleaning and only would give me 50% back because "that was their responsibility." So totally impressed with the way they clean my off white coat, I absolutely needed to Yelp about it. There have been places in the past who don't clean properly let alone such a bright garment; so to say I'm appreciative is to say the least. I pay $20 each time I have this coat cleaned. It may not be the most cost-effective cleaners but they certainly get the job done so I can't complain about prices. I've had other garments cleaned here and I've also had some clothes tailored. I'm equally satisfied with all of their services. I'm often greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome; their parking lot has plenty of space and I'm always quickly in and out whether dropping off or picking up. Wilma and the owners are personable with their customers and do great work! The tailoring is superior! There has been other cleaners with the same name popping up in the area but they are not affiliated with this one in Millburn! The one in warren is not the same as this company. (4.50 stars) Behind in getting a Spring-weight suit and sport jacket dry cleaned, and increasingly unimpressed with closer dry cleaners, I followed the prior Yelp reviews to Natural Cleaners . . . glad that I did. The folks at Natural Cleaners seemed both friendly and anxious to please. Their approach to customer service was genuine, rather than the usual gratuitous dialogs which are becoming rarer in their own right. Both garments were promised for a 30 hr. turnaround (no major rush needed), and were ready on time. Further, the work seemed to be at a level of quality that I haven't seen for over a decade. I was aware that an errant hanger had made a very small abrasion in the lining of my suit sleeve; no tear, no danger, but a very minor non-visible imperfection. Natural called to make sure that I was aware of this non-issue, and offered to stitch it back to perfection in time for my agreed ready date. I declined, but am impressed with their approach. Unfortunately for me, I tend to be someone who is usually behind on my errands... especially for special occasions. However, fortunately for me- Natural Cleaners' tailor works fast and does great work! I have waited way too late to get dresses fitted (one was a bridesmaid dress), and they were always able to get the job done, and done well. I haven't had any experience with their actual dry cleaning services, but the staff seems friendly and they have a 24 hour drop off which could work well into my life. I would leave zero star if I could. I came pick up my dry cleaning which I dropped a while ago. The person was rude and said all old clothes got removed and they don't keep inventory. I asked they could at least give me a call before sending to trash, and the answer I got was: don't talk to me, go to court and sue me (and he said this while pointing his finger at me). Natural Cleaners on Millburn Avenue in Vauxhall has a large parking lot but that's about the only benefit I can list for this place. They've been around for over 10 years and over the course of that time, the ownership has not changed, but the quality of services - cleaning and alterations has. Kimberly the seamstress does not do a good job and when you pick up the item you've needed to get hemmed or altered, she claims that there was a language barrier in her understanding of what the customer wanted. This happens EVERY time - I've seen it happen with other customers also. If she doesn't understand - she shouldn't do the alterations. Her husband is the main person in charge of cleaning. Their prices vary depending on the customer who walks in. I used to get my professional shirts laundered here for $1.79. In recent months and all of a sudden, the price increased to $2.05, but while standing in line to pay for my shirts several weeks ago, the customer next to me was picking up his shirts and the cost was much less for the same service. I found this dry cleaner thru yelp. I dont post a lot, and only posts I made were on ones that I was very happy with. but this dry cleaner, I felt very urged to post something. TERRIBLE OWNERS! when I went in with my expensive down coats and vest (3 of them), the owner first gave me a quote of 95$- I thought it was pretty expensive, but based on its yelp review, I figured they'd do a really good job. When I asked the owner how my down VEST would cost the same as my knee-length down coat, he just kept on saying down is a down- and they were the same cost. (my vest is 1/4 the size as my coat) The owner didn't sound so confident, so I figured I'd come back to talk to the other owner (they were family members). When I went in to pick up my coats, other owner told me that his grandson made a mistake, and should've been $136 instead and told me he will graciously honor the previous quote (with an attitude). I told him that I thought even 95$ was expensive and he told me to go find a cheap dry cleaner who does a shitty job. I'm 8 months pregnant, and this guy was raising his voice at me, when in fact I was the one who should've been upset!!! I'd NEVER go back to this dry cleaner ever again- and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!!!! read more

We have been with Natural Cleaners for a little over 2 years. We have been happy with service. Pick up and Delivery has been wonderful. We have used their alterations and it has been great, I have even shopped prices on alterations and they came in so much more reasonably priced. It is no wonder why this place is so cheap - it is terrible! I took in a bunch of dresses, skirts, pants, and jackets that I wear for work to get dry cleaned and now they are completed ruined. My blazers and pants all have weird iron lines and creases on them and half of my lighter clothes came back with stains on them. They lost my shirt, an extremely expensive shirt, and now they do not want to pay up. Coming from a immigrant home and owning my own small business, I hate to leave a review like this at a local small business. However the way I was treated and the unprofessional matter in which my situation was handled cannot go unnoticed. I was told my clothing would not leave the premises because everything was done in house but when I came to pick up my shirt they told me that had lost it. I gave him three weeks following to find it and he did not. I went to get the money I was owed to reimburse me for the expensive shirt and they did not want to pay. They also said "I thought it was just a regular shirt I didn't know it was so much," which shows they do not care about the clothing they are working on. I hate to have to sue but all other compromises were dismissed from the owner I think his name was mr.Kim. I will have to take this matter, which could have been handled in less than five minutes, to small claims court to receive the money I am owed. If you went to this business before and they did good work for you please continue to support them, but if it is your first time here please second guess your decision. Natural Cleaners is, by far the Best dry cleaner I've ever used. They are friendly, accommodating and the service we receive can't be beat! The other day I dropped off my husbands cleaning- in a Rush, we needed the clothing back that evening. They were able to clean his suits, box his shirts, remove a mysterious stain, repair a popped seam, and returned $60 they found in his pocket. It's refreshing to excellent service and integrity, I highly recommend them! (We used to used their So. Orange branch, but switched to Millburn because we moved - their So. This place 100%, NEVER DISAPPOINTS me! Im a shortie, 5 foot 1in, so I always need to tailor my dresses. However, I'm horrible and always come last minute for dress alterations, but they ALWAYS accommodate me! And on top of that she always has a SMILE on her face regardless! Ive been getting my clothes laundered and dry cleaned here for years and recently moved away. It's so hard finding a place that does things the way they did. They have expert tailoring on premises by an awesome woman named Kimberly. She seriously is the best. I never had my issues and I try to save my things for when I go back for her to do since I can't trust anyone else to handle things. I like the fact that they try to be conscious and will offer reusable bags and accepts hangers. Their prices are more than reasonable and try to help people in binds especially people like me that need same day last minute. I highly recommend this place. read more

I've been shopping for a good tailor in this area for a while now. I tried shops in surrounding towns, but nowhere else compares. I was a regular at another cleaners & tailor in a neighboring town for years before I came across Natural Cleaners. So far I've had a handful of shirts taken in and a pair of pants hemmed. Do not go this dry cleaner if you need any alterations or tailoring. They are horible. They have taken small issues and with their shoddy workmanship made them far worse. I have had to toss two pairs of pants I had them "fix" as their solution consisted of just sewing over the area multiple times with a similar color thread.
