I tried to support a local business but they are so unprofessional you just can't... UPDATE: Linda is now threatening me with a video clip. I called her ugly because she was racist towards me. There have been places in the past who don't clean properly let alone such a bright garment; so to say I'm appreciative is to say the least. I pay $20 each time I have this coat cleaned. It may not be the most cost-effective cleaners but they certainly get the job done so I can't complain about prices. I've had other garments cleaned here and I've also had some clothes tailored. I'm equally satisfied with all of their services. I'm often greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome; their parking lot has plenty of space and I'm always quickly in and out whether dropping off or picking up. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Unfortunately, the attendant said she could not release them to me since I had only paid for next day service. Even though I thought that was ridiculous, I said "No problem, I'll just pay the increased rate for same day service so I can take my clothing now." The attendant said that since I didn't pay the same day rate when I dropped it off it couldn't be changed now and I'd have to come back tomorrow. I asked for a manager.
