Linda's brother also works very hard for the business. Their mom is the seamstress and has done many alterations and mendings for my family's clothes. Even though I thought that was ridiculous, I said "No problem, I'll just pay the increased rate for same day service so I can take my clothing now." They have a great pick up and drop off system for most items (not long gowns) where you can actually drop things in a box outside of their store opening hours and pick up at your convenience too from an automated kiosk machine.
