If someone is spending too much time in the bathroom they will be checked on to see if they are doing something illegal such as drugs. Washing is cheaper from 1:00am until 5:00am and you can safely do so with the employees currently working there.

The folding stations are about 8 and are usually not full unless of course Sunday afternoons or evenings. They also run a Tuesday to Thursday special which knocks of a fiddy from small and medium machines. The person who runs this courteous and helpful. Ample parking(15 spots I guess). When this is pointed out to the asshats who work there, they are full of excuses as to why the cards cannot be read "you are not doing it right", "your card is smudged" and any BS excuse they can think of. The truth is they are just too cheap to fix the problem and do not care about their customers. I was told that if I didn't like it to not go there, and I never will again. Both the husband and wife who run the place teamed up on me mentioning things like "your jacket was not new" "customers are irresponsible and don't read the labels on their clothes" and offered no apology at all. I do understand that things are cheaply made nowadays and that puts dry cleaners in a bad position at times, but a more professional way to handle customers would be to refuse to provide service to them if they felt the clothes could become damaged, or rovide a warning. In my case it was a painted metal zipper that chipped as if it had been placed in the washer/dryer. A metal zipper is not an uncommon item, it is something you see everyday... I thought the reason we bring our clothes to professionals, is because we trust they know more about the process than we do, and will treat our clothing and needs with respect... But the wat I was spoken to made me feel like that expectation was completely crazy.

Fine by me, I'll take it to the other laundromat that's just as close who has the same rule, but is going to make a one time exception. We will not be returning here, I won't be spending any more my money here. I get rules are rules, but after seeing my face for two years, is it that hard to give leniency one time because of some misfortune? Greedy greedy. Great way to loose business. Two stars because we've been coming for the last two years and haven't had many other issues, this was just irritating and disappointing.

Over the past year however more and more machines are breaking and remain without repair making it very difficult to get in and out when it's busy. You should know last wash is at 5:30 and the place closes at 7. But I've been refused in the past if I arrive with a load at 5:20 or 5:15. Anyways if you live close and you aren't pressed for time or come on a non peak time, this is a good enough option. (Operates on Quarters only)

I dropped it off; (parking is not an issue). They charge by the pound at pretty reasonable rate. They also follow instructions for any special asks, such as fragrance free detergent and softener, etc. You get a text on your phone with the progress from beginning to end so you are aware when your sparkling clean laundry is ready. Great experience!
