I believe her name is Luz I told her the problem and she gave me a bitchface. my laundry clothes was wet wasn't folded correctly and she said that it's not my problem. She should be getting fired. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered pickup and delivery wash and fold services and paid extra for Tide and Downy. My clothes arrived and they did not use Tide or Downy, and I know because I am allergic to other detergent, and I broke out in a rash from my laundry. On top of this, they did not properly clean my clothing (as shown by dirty disgusting sock), comforter smelled bad, and they returned my bath mat WET. I contacted them, and they agreed to give me a 50% refund for the current order, as well as a 50% refund for my next. Okay, I was happy with that. Well, several days later and they never issued my refund and now are not responding to ANY of my calls or texts. I was extremely patient and understanding but this is robbery. You can't commit to a price and deny it, then leave customers in the dark. Shame on you, this should be reported to the BBB and I think I will. Disgusting procedures for both quality control and customer service, especially in times like these. I am not paying the amount that was not agreed on, that's not even legal to agree to something then deny it! I have contacted my bank to dispute the amount of the transaction UPDATE: even worse, few weeks later I take the comforter out of my closet to put on my bed. Wondering why it feels so light/thin. I unfold it to see that the tag was literally ripped off that it made a hole in the comforter and exposed the stuffing. Wow. Put it on my bed to find detergent stains on top of that. They also left detergent stains on my sweatshirt. Do not take your stuff here unless you want it ruined. They absolutely do not have any respect for their customers. This laundromat was pretty good few years ago now it's became way to crowded one person using all the machines at Saturday and actually you have to go to other laundromat even you live cross the street!not much ppl wearing a mask at this small area !And there was few times other ppl switched the temperature for my dryer to air dry so my clothes just never dries!ppl very careless these days!! Zero stars if that were possible. Their phone is usually a voicemail and they never answer. The delivery person was super kind/communicative and really their only saving grace. I had roughly two loads I wanted laundered because I can't lift heavy objects and I'm Disabled, so my access is based on the service of others. The entire order had to be redone (by a different laundromat) because I needed my laundry and ours was all scented. I listed on the order form, receipt, and pick up person the "free and clear" option. They used regular deeply scented Tide and for me, none of it was usable. If I use mainstream cleansers with perfume and scenes, I get rashes, vomit, and have migraines that basically knock me out. For this order, I was charged over $30 even when I specified on the order scent-free and no fragrance in order form and on receipt. They responded with they'll do a pick up again and wash it for 30% off. So they want me to pay nearly double for a mistake they made that inconvenienced my time and health? I refuse to pay them for a mistake that cost me being very sick. That cost me more energy. The entire order should be free with an additional future discount. It's ludicrous to think that a Sick and Disabled/Elderly customer who needs this service, when done incorrectly should pay anything for a completely obscene flawed order that affected their health. I continued to have migraines & coughing because of their scent exposure. They were an under-performing business previously with late drop off times and no communication. Now they are just tactless, irresponsible, and dastardly for making a full mistake and asking a customer to pay for their logistical flaw. It's ableist and a problem. Do not support this business. They have no regard for their customers, moreover the most vulnerable. I don't think the business has the professionalism or tact to be responsible for their mistakes. I hate rating them so low but whatever's happened with their wash & fold delivery it's gone downhill. 2 stars because they're always nice and always deliver within the window. The customer service is great. But I specify separate dark and light and that's what I'm assume I pay for. Because the price is always adjusted and that's fine but recently I have to lint roller all my darks because that's what happens when you wash and dry lights and darks together especially if there are socks and towels in the lights. When I do the wash myself (which is most of the time) my darks are *always* lint free. Won't be using them again. No one has time to sit there and lint roller all their workout gear and everything else that's black. A shame because the deliver lady is very nice and whenever I've had to call the response has been great. read more

What a horror story!!! I don't know where to begin. They confirmed my order with multiple text messages up to 1/2 before the expected pickup time but they never showed up. When I called I reach a younger female on the phone. She was hostile, unprofessional and EXTREMELY I knowledgeable. She said they weren't coming. When I asked about my refund she proceeded to say, and here's where the lack of knowledge and pure ignorance comes in to place, that they don't take payment until the laundry is delivered. Well, we all know that makes absolutely NO SENSE. But, to an u professional like her posing as a businessperson, it did. I had to go through Delivery.com to get my refund. If you're looking for a courteous, professional and knowledgeable business to give your money to, this is NOT the establishment. The first small machine at the corner entrance doesn't work properly and hasn't worked for over 6 months. The water doesn't flow through the detergent compartment. When I complained to the staff about this 6 months ago, they didn't reimburse my $2 to do my laundry in another machine. I told them to tell the owner that machine wasn't working, apparently nothing has changed. The staff isn't there to help the customers, more to do drop off laundry. I've never had a good experience when interacting with any of the staff - obviously the owners haven't given them either the power to do the right thing for the customers nor the incentive to make sure that customers are happy. Also the prices just increased by 12.5% for the small machines. read more

Went in with a friend so he could do his laundry one day when I was in town and we were waiting to go out that night. Clean and sunny! The manager, Martha was so sweet and helpful. Tons of machines available (place is huge)! There is lots of room to work without feeling crowded by anybody else. A big laundromat with a cozy feel. They do wash and fold for just 75 cents a pound so you never have to do your own wash EVER EVER again! That said, it was a very nice experience so i decided to review it! read more

I first want to start off by saying that I had tried nearly EVERY laundry service in downtown JC before trying Senor Bubbles. I have had clothes ruined by other places or the customer service elsewhere was horrible. So when I found Senor Bubbles a few years ago, I was happy with the service & stick with them. Flash forward to 2.5 years later (my most recent wash with them)... When I received my wash back (a full day before I had scheduled dropoff), I noticed there were items in my bag that were not mine. I also noticed one item missing, a very important item - my work shirt. My neighbor, also a frequent customer, had some of my items in her bag (it happened to be that we had scheduled for the same day), the mysterious items that were in my bag were hers. I asked if she had my work shirt & she said no, but that she was also missing items from her bag. I also noticed my clothes smelled different. They had washed my clothes with her clothes and I'm very specific with my washing instructions every order. So I tried a few things on & it seems a few were shrunken in the laundry process. After calling three times & sending a text I finally spoke to someone. They apologized for the mistake but after "searching" their facility they had no answers or no shirt for me. I demanded a refund since I now had to buy an additional work shirt with my own funds. Instead of crediting my card that was used to place the order, they sent someone to my apartment with my refund in cash but still the missing shirt seems to have completely disappeared. I'm hesitant to use this service again. It has been the only mistake but it was a huge one. I've been a longtime loyal customer & I'm simply not happy with how this situation was handled. read more

I used them numerous times giving them a few chances now I'm done. I've asked them several times and explained numerous times that when I send my laundry to keep them in separate bags the ones they came in. Now that's not hard to ask for. Do I get them back that was no they all come back together. I even staple notes on the bags for them and they still can't it right and to top that off the owner text me asking if that's the way I want it and again I still get them back combined. I do not recommend this place especially if you have more than one bag of clothes to get washed I would avoid this place. read more

It was 9:00AM on a Saturday morning when I was awakened by a car horn. The sound of passing traffic on a busy street became more audible as I gradually gained consciousness. Where the hell was I? Why did it feel as if a jackhammer was going to work on my temples? I scanned my surroundings searching for any clues that would jog my memory from the night before. And then I saw it. In large, flowing, pink letters: Senor Bubbles. Visions from the night before came racing back to me. Without going into too much detail, befriending some locals at a neighboring bar led to an abundance of tequila shots and my passing out behind an apartment building. As I shook off the mental cloudiness and stumbled to my feet, a man appeared before me. A handsome man. Strong. Long, flowing, dark hair on his head accompanied by a thick, black beard. Dressed as though he was heading to a heavy metal concert, he stood there staring at me, smiling. "You OK, buddy?", he asked. After explaining my situation to him, he introduced himself as Bruno and welcomed me into his place of business, Senor Bubbles. As I entered the laundromat, I was brought out of my daze by the buzzing and shaking of washers and dryers. Bruno offered me a change of clothes while he washed and dried my clothes, which were filthy with stains from my last sleeping quarters: the sidewalk. I thanked him and told him it wasn't necessary as I lived only 15 minutes away in Hoboken. He called a cab for me and gave me a coffee and bagel while I waited. I was home about 30 minutes later, thankful to have survived my ordeal. Bruno, with his kind nature and generosity had not only saved me, but he restored my faith in mankind. Maybe this place is better for wash and fold pick up but I came here for the first time on a friday night with about 7 loads of laundry, being that I hadn't done laundry in about 3 weeks. So i'll start with the pros: 1. They have a small parking lot that fits about 4 cars. This is great because I live in Hoboken and I'm not really familiar with the street parking situation in this area. 2. It is super close to my house. The other places in Hoboken did not seem to have parking so a ten minute drive to Jersey City is not bad. 3. They have free and fast wifi. Now for the cons: So I haven't done laundry at a laundromat in a long time and it might just be my lack of knowledge but I thought it was pretty pricey. The smallest washers fit about half the amount of a regular washing machine and its $2 per load. If you want to use the bigger washers, its $3.25 per load. So, if you have 7 large loads like I did, you can imagine that it got pricey real quick. Drying is $0.25 for 8 minutes. So, in order for your clothes to actually be fully dry, you have to use at least $1 per load. I ended up spending about $28. Next, there was a homeless man who walked in and started getting aggressive when no one would give him change. He was pounding on the folding tables and cursing at the patrons. No employees came to see what was happening. Actually, I think there was only one lady working there and she was MIA most of the time. After the homeless person incident, there was a drunk guy in there who was not even doing laundry. He eventually fell asleep on the floor right next to where I was folding my laundry so that was uncomfortable. I saw the female employee walk by and I just pointed at him. She seemed concerned but made no attempt to get the guy out of there. She just let him sleep! haha. So anyway, I was out of there in about 2 hours and I will not be back. read more

I absolutely love this laundromat. I've been using Senor bubbles laundromat delivery services for about 4 months now & I can't be any happier with their services. The delivery drivers are very reliable & friendly! There have been times when I needed my clothes picked up earlier than what the time had suggested & I have called them & they have picked up my clothes with no mad face but instead a smile! But the reason why I am writing this review today is because I want thank the laundromat & their drivers for such great services during this epidemic. I had my clothes delivered yesterday & the driver was wearing gloves & mask which I really appreciate. I was hesitant to have my laundry washed during this time but they have made me feel so comfortable once I saw the drivers PPE and he also assured me that the staff washing/folding are also taking precautions. Señor Bubbles is incredible! They are always a life saver when laundry piles up and you need it done quickly! Shirts are always turned right side out, folded so nicely and they even made sure to give back my RayBan sunglasses that I lost months ago that turned up in one of my pants pockets. Update: Still somehow trying to do laundry at this place, but it's getting harder and harder because each week, more and more machines are broken. Here's my stats from today's trip: 47 washers , of which are 11 broken = 24% of washers broken 48 dryers , 14 of which are broken = 30% of dryers broken 95 machines total , 25 broken = 26% of total machines broken Several machines that are broken have been that way for several months. Of the washers that work, they have black mold in the soap intake. How are clothes getting clean when they are being run through black mold? read more
