I got nice experience with prime time cleaners. This place has outstanding customer service, they go beyond any other cleaners I have ever used. They dry cleaned my grease stained dress 2 extra times for free because the stains I was trying to remove had not come out the first time and eventually they came out and the dress look new. I started using Prime time Cleaners to clean all my clothes about a few months ago. I went to their location then found out they have a van that can come and pick up so I started using the van pick up from my house. I live in downtown Jersey City so it's more convenient to have the "Free" pickup and drop off. I must say that the van service is awesone. They call me when close to drop of on Saturday morning. The delivery guy is always the same and he is awesome and friendly. As for the cleaning. So far they've done a great job on my dresses, sweaters, blouses, skirts and combo leather items. The packaging is great and the clothes are clean and fresh. It's huge amount of work that obviously goes into this dry cleaning they do. Not many people know. Thus the price to clean items is reliable but you get more service and detail for it at Prime time cleaners. Usually they clean for me regular pieces but from time to time I have some important events in my life so I'm giving them some expensive and delicate stuff to clean. If you have a specialty gown or dress you need tailored or cleaned then this is the spot! They have helped me with numerous pieces including repair a vintage sequin dress, alter a beaded gown from India, and clean an expensive and elaborate party dress. I highly recommend them! read more

Found this place through here and so brought my jacket there to get tailored. Long story short, told the guy what I wanted to have done and he said he will tell his tailor and it will be done in a few days. I go home that night and thought to myself, "Wait, I didn't get to see the tailor so he could put the pins on me to get the measurements." So, I'm like whatever let's just wait and see, maybe they do it differently here. Should have listened to my gut. I come to pick up my jacket a few days later, took it home and tried it on. 1 arm was okay and the other arm was looser so I had to bring it back to get it fixed. Same person, no tailor present. They spoke through the phone to convey what was wrong with the jacket. I come back couple days later to pick it up and at this point I could tell nothing was done to it (I'm very meticulous at every little details). The arm was still loose like before and my jacket was all wrinkly as if it was tossed under a pile of clothes and never touched. I'm not a person to cause a scene so I just accepted my loss and moved on. Wasn't going to let them fix it a 3rd time and get the runaround again. Bottom line, how can they tailor and do alterations when there's no tailor there to take measurements? It's just all guess works. Never going back or would I recommend this place to anyone that needs alteration done to their clothes. read more

We were pre-plane packing Saturday morning when we realized we did not have anything cleaned. Jacket and slacks for me; skirts, slacks and shirts for my wife. In an Airbnb about 4 blocks away. We were late for same day cleaning, but Max (totally nice guy) said he would try, and we should come back around closing. We did, not everything was done, but Max to the rescue. He stayed open until everything was done except my jacket, which was still damp. Gave careful instructions about air drying at night and ventilation. Not a good experience with Prime Time Cleaners. I tried them due to the discount given thru Delivery.com. I normally use another pick up and drop off laundry service. They should not offer wash and fold as they only wash...they do not fold. For example, wash cloths were full out squares...not even folded in half much less in quarters as ALL other laundries do. My husband's briefs were all put one on top of the other and then folded in half....so imagine this: 10 pair of underwear, not folded individually, just laid one on top of the other and then the whole stack folded in half. Nothing folded properly, and I mean NOTHING. No exaggeration...and I am NOT hard to please, but this is UTTERLY RIDICULOUS. And I tipped these guys! Why, when I'm doing the folding myself? They should state we wash, you fold. Or, better yet, just stick to dry cleaning as that may be your strong suit. Washing and folding laundry CLEARLY is not. Never again....unless they pledge to do better. read more

People are friendly, they get you in and out quickly, and always do a great job with cleaning and pressing. I'm usually giving them white shirts and suits for dry cleaning. Everybody who wear white clothes know how they fast become dirty. After I'm getting my shirts they looks so bright and white. Price is pretty good. They also do alterations and different repairs on clothes. I got a nice experience with them when I bought a new pants which has to be hemed and be ready for next day.
