Just had a dress hemmed here's that I'm wearing as a guest to a black tie wedding. Anna did a great job, and was able to have it ready in just under a week. I saw lots of other wedding/bridesmaid dresses in the back too which made me feel like I came to the right place. I really needed to have some work clothes dry cleaned ASAP and it was a few minutes after 5 where most dry cleaners were already closed. Acted like I was crazy for asking to mark a garment for me to send back to the manufacturer for alterations. I offered to pay, even though this service is usually free from any reputable tailor. This is a tailors tradition that dates back to before my grandparents were born. Maybe if the woman was doing something other than reading a book I might have some sympathy, but no. Anna is amazing and an absolute sweetheart! I had a satin bridesmaids dress that needed a lot of altering. She did a great job and was extremely patient. I came back a few times to try it on because I was nervous about the alterations. Do not trust this place. I always find random socks in my laundry bag, which is weird if everything is supposed to be washed separately, but I like to keep an open mind. Today I finally lost something of mine--my entire garment bag of underwear, socks, and bras was missing from my laundry bag. If you're missing a turquoise flamingo sock, I have it. read more

I recently bought two two-piece suits that I needed to have tailored. I have to say I was very impressed by this place. The tailor took my measurements and made suggestions that I found helpful. She also showed me examples of some of the hemming so I could make my decisions. The price was not bad either. My one suggestion would be to speak up. The tailor's suggestions were good, but I had to ask first before she said anything. Otherwise, the suits looks great. read more

The people who work here do excellent work and are the sweetest people. They're great at tailoring, altering, and removes stains (making clothes look brand new). The woman told me to arrive at 5pm (Saturday) because they closed at SIX to pick up a suit jacket I needed ironed for an event on the next day. Arrived at 5:05pm to find them CLOSED. They are also closed on Sunday. They have my number on file and didn't even bother to call. Frustrated is an understatement. I know this may seem trivial but the trouble I went through to purchase and finally decide on this outfit was considerable and troublesome. Terrible customer service. read more

After spending thousands of dollars here over the years, the buttons on two new expensive shirts were ruined and they refused to sew new sets. Buttons get ruined from time to time of course, but in this case someone obviously did not know what they were doing. I was surprised that they didn't seem to care in the least. They said they were cheap buttons, but of course that was just an excuse for shoddy work. I will never use them again, many other and better choices in town people tell me. read more

Excellent service and they do a wonderful job. I feel very confident dropping my clothes off here to be dry cleaned and they conveniently offer same day wash and fold. The owners are very kind and the one and ONLY time they left one of our towels out of the wash and fold we returned an hour later for it and Anna had it waiting on the counter for us and was extremely apologetic.
