I had 3 pairs of jeans tailored here. 1 taken in at the waist and 2 others hemmed. One of the hems was originally raw and the seamstress made it whole again beautifully. It looks amazing! I've been going to Prime Time cleaners since they opened their store in Hoboken. I entrusted them with my clothes from day 1 and I have never regretted it. All my clothes are very expensive and from expensive designers because I work in fashion. I gave them Yves Saint Lauren jackets and a lot of Gucci blouses and shirts. I love my clothes so before I gave them all my stuff I tried first just a couple of garments with stains. Next day everything was ready. I was surprised that the turn around time was so because my previous dry cleaners always takes 3-4 days to get my clothes done. When I received my clothes first thing to check for me was if the stains came out. What do you think? All stains came out and the ironing job that they did with my cotton-linen shirts was amazing. Talk about golden hands of the person who ironed it so perfectly!!! After that I made a decision that Prime Time cleaners is worthy of my trust. In a week I came back to them with approximately 30 pieces from my closet. "If they removed those heavy stains in 1 day then they can do anything," I told to myself. I have an old silk Shirt from Gucci and Balenciaga hoodies with stains that my old dry cleaners wasn't able to remove. Rafael told me that these garments might take 4 days to remove stains because they've been cleaned already by somebody. After I come back to pick up these clothes in 4 days I was shocked they've did a great job. They removed all stains except one on the back of a shirt. Prime time cleaners is a company who really cares about their customers. This is the best and healthiest option if you're going to dry clean anything that you're going to wear on your skin. Their method using hydrocarbon solvent is by far the greatest for your skin and free of toxins. I used to study chemistry so i know what I'm talking about. The prices on some items are usual for Hoboken neighborhood but mostly competitive. Definitely worth the $2.05 per shirt compared to my old dry cleaners. All my white shirt looks like a brand new again after their cleaning and pressing. When all your items are returned, each garment is returned clean, fresh and crispy. Last time when I scheduled it they dropped off my order, though it was raining and they carefully left my clothes under the little overhang in my house. He took all measurements of me and I also gave them my another jacket that fits me great so they will be able to repeat it. Cause they don't want to pin and mark anything on my leather jacket. I got a jacket back at my doorstep in about two weeks - all for around a hundred dollars less than I expected. The work done by Prime Time cleaners was right on the money; the stitching was perfect, and the fit was exactly what I was going for. The entire process came with a certain leap of faith, as I'd never had these kind of leather alterations done before. There are many dry cleaners in Hoboken but I like the personal feelings that I get when I'm coming here. I feel like all staff knows me. Owner always call or text me to notify me if there is any changes in delivery or some stains they weren't able to remove and explain why. Prime time cleaners always have all of my garments ready and has not messed up any of my clothes.
