I really wanted to like this place. Was charged over $150 dry cleaning and somebody else's sweater was in my dry cleaning return and 2 items of mine were not included. I had to make multiple phone calls. I was yelled at a few times. I respectfully returned the sweater that was someone else's but they did nit give me my items back. They finally returned one of my items back to me, after multiple calls, but lost the other expensive shirt. When I called about it, they denied it and pretty much said I was making it up and then they hung up on me. read more

Great quality and great service! I have been 100% satisfied with the quality they provide, and on top of that, the business is run by an incredibly nice family. They are friendly, cheerful, professional and on-time with their work, and they always remember what you brought in and when, and have your clothes all ready for you almost as soon as you walk in the door! Ok, so I'm a strictly reviewing & rating only restaurants on Yelp! type, but this place deserves a Yelp! rating because I was looking for a Dry Cleaner in my area hrough Yelp! and had a lot of difficulty in fixing one. Well... -Free Same Day Delivery Service, pick up and drop off! -Organic Dry Cleaning (non-harsh chemicals that make the tree hugger inside of me happy) -Competitive prices; a shirt cleaned and ironed is about 2.00. What really made me love them is the fact that they dry cleaned my suit and noticed my suit was falling apart with loose buttons, along with some that fell off and were inside my pocket. I thought I liked their service the first time, but they immediately proved me wrong the second time. I was returned shirts with colors that weren't as strong, buttons were missing, and one of my shirts had a tear so bad that the entire sleeve was basically half off. Awful enough there, but it continued. I tried to call to rectify the issue and someone picked up the phone and put it down to the side. I just moved into the Beacon about a month ago, and there were a variety of different options to choose from regarding dry cleaning vendors, it was strictly by Chance that I picked out the AAA bag. I have been thoroughly impressed with the service, and the cost. I was previously using Maxim dry cleaners, and they ripped the interior lining of one of my suits, and cracked a button on one of my shirts, with no apology, or notification. I sent the same shirt to AAA, and they fixed it, and did not charge me, and also were not looking for any recognition. I am completely dissatisfied with the service and the way my best friends and I were disrespected by their staff members. We will never use this dry cleaning service again. My best friend got her wedding dress dry cleaned here before her initial round of dress fittings. When she received the dress, certain stains were removed but new stains had been added to the train from the cleaning facility. We wanted to give them a second chance to fix their mistakes but we were unable to have them do so because our dressmaker kept the dress to make alterations. We requested a full refund and successfully worked with upper management to receive it. Upon leaving the shop we were verbally assaulted by two employees, in front of other customers and other employees, until we left. This behavior is completely unacceptable and we were in the right the entire time. It's unfortunate that the assistant manager Harry was so accommodating and respectful to us and then his coworkers tarnished their establishment's reputation in less than two minutes. It was utterly disrespectful; I could not believe it. Needless to say we will never be getting service here again. read more

I came here with a suit jacket that I had accidentally wrinkled when trying to iron it myself. I brought it in to be dry cleaned and noted the problem to them. When I got it back, the jacket was in wearable condition. (The wrinkles are still visible at close glance, but I guess there are some things you just can't fix.) Great job! read more

I've been coming here since 2008 and have yet to have a bad experience. Mike and his staff are always super-welcoming and friendly and my clothes are always cleaned quickly. Their hemming service is great too; the stitching is professionally done and it lasts. I was sad, but happy to hear that Mike is at their Park Ave location. The worst tailor I've ever been to. Asked for a dress shirt to be brought in a little and darts; instead they brought it straight in on each side (not thinking that I have a chest) and did not put darts in. They literally pin you real quick and do not listen to anything you say then ship your shirt to someone who believes all men have a body of a 6 year old and should have their shirts sewn straight up and down without any room in the chest. Completely destroyed a nice shirt. They should be embarrassed to offer tailoring services. Bring your clothes to a real tailor if you want to be able to wear them again. read more

This place is terrible. I have no idea why they have so many good reviews. They never pick up the clothes on time, they don't return them on the day they say will. We asked them to hem a pair of pants, physically went there and showed them where it needed to be hemmed. When they came back, they were not hemmed. Ofcourse, it was on the bill. We will definitely not be using this place again. UPDATE- The same day that I wrote this review, we noticed a $30 charge on our credit card. When my fiancée called to inquire, they said it was for pending charges for the hemming of the previously mentioned pants ( which weren't even hemmed properly), and which we already paid for AND who charges $30 for hemming one pant leg ?! He also mentioned that he noticed the review and realized we would not be returning to the store. To their credit .. They did refund the money after we called. read more

I wish I could give them negative stars. I've never been yelled at for being in right and told never to come back. Poor etiquette and poor manners. They removed a stain on my friend's wedding dress, but placed new stains on the bottom. Had it been a shirt, it would not have been a big deal. But this was a wedding dress and they did not deliver and were upset we had asked for a refund. The Korean lady and Korean man decided it would be a good idea to yell at us as we were walking out without arguing back, telling us to never come back. Good news for them; we won't be. EVER. How dare they treat anyone in this manner for a wrongdoing they committed. We were not treated rightfully or spoken to with any ounce of respect. They should have made this an easier process for my friend who's already dealing with so many things like planning a wedding. Horrible horrible people with horrible customer service skills. Based on my single business travel experience. I was delighted to find a fluff and fold service with same day delivery as I've been traveling for over a week, left some clothes in another city, and was running low. I dropped off everything I had to AAA for same day f&f delivery and prepaid so it could be delivered to my hotel while I was at meetings. Long story short I returned to the hotel -- no clothes. I emailed and called first thing when they opened and was told they would send it immediately. 90 min and missing a meeting later, still no clothes. Again I called and was surprised to get a guy on the phone yelling at me for bothering him. He said its either been delivered it will be delivered at some point and nothing he could do for me by phone. When I asked why it wasn't delivered the night before as promised he flippantly and irritate sky told me "I guess we messed up what do you want from me buddy?" I let him know an apology would be nice instead of being yelled at and he hung up on me. Still no clothes. Shame. I travel here a lot and woulda been nice to have had a local f&f. I live for AAA cleaners! By the second time I called, they answered the phone and greeted me by name. You may call it caller ID, but I call it impeccable customer service. They also pick up and drop off my clothes - to my door! This is really great for lazy people like me. Plus, my clothes always come back in one perfectly square pile.
