Went here for only 2 things myself and once again with a friend. I and she relied on them for our important stuff. Mine was a jacket I loved and at the height of the cold season the zipper broke. They fixed it up in a timely way and cleaned it as well without me asking. I also recently gave them a HS leather sleeve jacket that had sentimental value and some ink stains on the sleeve. They once again cleaned up that jacket to old-new and made me smile. My friend trusted them with her wedding dress. They did great work on it, and boxed it up real nice for her. If you need a decent dry cleaner then this is it. They take a good amount of time to get the clothing done. Their tailor is this sweet older Hispanic lady that believes in providing the customer with a happy experience, but their machines and the amount of customers that they have hinder her from being able to do that. I waited forever to get back a t-shirt and then when I got it , the hem was completely crooked. She fixed it , but then the bottom of the shirt lost it's elasticity because of the type of the machine that they sew with. I just wish they would have communicated that to me before I went through with it. I will still go back for the dry cleaning , but that's it. read more

I've been going to this dry cleaner for about 20 years now. They've always done an excellent job with my clothing, and I honestly can't complain. Their prices are fair and they always ask when you need your items by so they can have them ready and waiting for you in time. I've had pants and skirts hemmed here as well, and they do a great job. They have reasonable hours but are closed on Sundays so just be aware of that. If you have any special requests or questions, let them know. They've always been very helpful and responsive to me. If they don't think they can get a stain out, for example, they don't lie. They simply promise to do their best. read more

Good cleaners, never have not been happy with clothes I drop off here for cleanings. I also have had some pants shortened here and been really happy with the results. I was worried they'd be too short once I washed them, but the seamstress knows her stuff! Also, she recommended normal thread for the hem of 2 pairs of Jeans I had shortened because she said it was similar to the original hem, which saved me some $$ because the demine thread is more money. I really appreciated her advice, especially since she could have said nothing and made a couple extra bucks off the job! read more

I went here for a long time because the people were so friendly. Prices were very reasonable and the report work they did was great. But when they washed my dress shirts, they never got that clean. Stains from sweat always remained, and that hasn't been an issue with my new dry cleaners. read more

I come in and drop off some clothes and ask the lady on the sewing machine (beautiful grandma) if she could do a quick fix on my jacket. She went above and beyond to not just fix it but notice a couple flaws and quickly rectify them. The customer service is beyond incredible. I think I have found my forever cleaner. read more

I hardly ever write reviews on Yelp let alone a negative one. But went here for the first time to have a dress altered. The dress was $120 and they wanted to charge me $85 to alter it and it was going to take them over a week to do. I need it for a trip and didn't think it was a big deal. I live in the heights and always try to use local merchants but this is absurd. I don't know why this place has such good reviews on Yelp. Not impressed. Wouldn't even have minded paying the money if they were doing this in a few days. I asked explicitly when I first arrived "will this be ready in a week if I come in right when you open." They told me "yes we can have this next Thursday morning" but they put on my receipt after 4pm and when I asked for the third time they said no it wouldn't be ready. Stains found on a silk blouse that weren't there before I dropped it off at Daisy's. Foolish of me to not take the garment out of the bag and inspect it on site. But, then again, I had multiple items laundered. Didn't realize until about a week later. Also along with that blouse, there were two gowns which came out fine but when I was picking them up, instead of tying the bottom of garment bag as a precaution so the hems won't sweep the floor, no such care was taken and my clean dresses swept the dusty blue carpet. I haven't dry cleaned here yet but I plan to. I will say the seamstress knows her stuff. I have also had my curtains pressed here and they were able to take me in last minute on a Saturday to press an elegant gown with many layers on the same day. They are willing to work with you and I appreciate that with a local cleaners. read more

No issues with their dry cleaning, but I will never use their seamstress again. I asked for the hem on a few dresses to be redone (which I thought would be easy considering all you have to do is sew over an existing hem), but she left my dresses uneven and oddly shaped. It seems she shortened them in some places making the back higher than the front and vice versa, and one dress was shortened altogether leaving it an inappropriate length for the office. I don't think this is a fluke given she worked on 4-5 dresses of mine and I wasn't happy with a single one. So disappointed and frustrated. The dresses now look terrible. read more

When I bought a house in the neighborhood the owners said "Be sure to take your dry cleaning to Daisy!". They have been in business for ages and are always very nice, professional, and the clothes are consistently clean. I'm always amazed they remember my last name and how my husband likes his shirts starched. They have hemmed and repaired clothes for us with a very short turn-around time. I totally trust them with my clothing. As an added bonus, they are using organic solvents (vs. the old toxic ones). read more
