Owner) berated me and complained that my laundry had "too much" dog hair. She said that the hair would clog up the machines as she removed a clump of hair from the dryer filter, indicating that the dryer was doing what it should. These are large industrial machines and if properly attended to, this will not happen. She bitterly complained while she was wiping down the washing machines. i told her I wouldn't be back. My advice to you is stay away unless you have "pristine" dirty laundry and NO HAIR.

He really values your business. There's serval laundry mats around this area within walking distance of each other .. So he knows you can go anywhere but you choose to come here. I've never met an owner of a facility so nice and down to earth and always engaging with you on every visit. He has other employees that work the days he doesn't but I can't say the same about them. One lady is a little rude she doesn't even greet you when you come in.

I called the establishment Thursday AFTERNOON and asked if my coat was ready and they said they would call me back in 5 mins. I gave them the benefit of doubt and thought hey I'd give them a pass as they may be "busy"! Wrongo...drove to the establishment and not only did they tell me my coat was not "ready", on top of that two men were at one point yelling at me. I asked if maybe one or two of the bags could be for today and she said no since she already began weighing all the bags together. I went back later that day in the afternoon to drop off some more bags and was happily surprised to see my order was fully done and ready for pickup. Unfortunately, the attendant said she could not release them to me since I had only paid for next day service. Even though I thought that was ridiculous, I said "No problem, I'll just pay the increased rate for same day service so I can take my clothing now." The attendant said that since I didn't pay the same day rate when I dropped it off it couldn't be changed now and I'd have to come back tomorrow. I asked for a manager. The attendant claims she called management but there was nothing they could do. Last time I'll use this business.

Even the floors and dryers. I like the parking lot and the amount of washers and dryers in variety of sizes. And they're coinless! Which means I can use credit! I never carry cash... No complaints so far. Almost as good as my favorite laundromat except this one is not all the way across town. It's not 24/7 but the hours of operation are pretty generous. Overall I recommend here.
