This laundromat has two doors and I just so happened to walk in the door that doesn't have the time on it I'm looking around to put my comforter in and the woman there stated rudely,, you can't wash here we're closed we close at nine the sign is on the door!!" I told her I wasn't aware she said the sign is right there on the door I go out and look and the door that I came in the sign is not there but the other entrance the sign is there but it doesn't matter where the sign is it's how she said it and I tell her that she could've told me nicer than that. I left of course not going back of course. Also, being closed the door should've been locked!

This laundromat is always clean and the staff is friendly -- they're always cleaning something. Their machines are a little pricier than other laundromats in the area, but that's a price I'm willing to pay because the machines always work! The hot water cycle is always hot and the dryers keep a consistent temperature (the clothes dry faster), which means I end up spending less money in the long run. I do agree with others that mentioned there aren't enough of the smallest capacity washers but they're only working with so much space -- I personally try to go during non-peak hours. One of the best parts about this place is there's now a dollar store a few doors down so I can inexpensively buy supplies I forgot at home. The only thing that could make this laundromat better is if they were open 24-hours -- it would be nice to be able to start the wash on my clothes, then go to 24-hour gym (in the same plaza) while the cycle is going. Over all I would give this place 4.5 stars.

They don't have chairs and people directly behind me when I'm trying to load the washers and there's more seating than the other ones. The only part I don't like is the main entrance doors. They're pull/push. The swing type are more convenient when my hands are full. The attendant is also very helpful and friendly Oh yeah and all washers are 1/2 price this month

Thank god I decided to randomly check my bank account when I was picking up my clothes from the dryer when I asked the girl if it was just a $10 hold she said no it was a service fee for using the debit card and my other options are quarters or buying one of the laundromat cards and loading it

Property is clean with TV's and bathrooms, even 2 vending machines and change machines, but would be nice if they had an ATM or a change machine that took credit/debit. Again, Helen is a real help there, super friendly as well, and the rest of the staff is great too. Parking lot is a disaster some days, lines aren't clearly painted and people generally can't drive well in the USA. Best there is in the SOMA area, which is kind of sad, but then again most homes have washer dryers here too.

Last night came here and the woman inside told my partner around or before 10:15 I couldn't do a wash. We were told the night prior last wash is 10:30. She was rude, belligerent. I went in and asked if she said that to my partner and she said yes, last wash 10. The night before we were told 10:30. I said - it's not too late, we would be out well before close at midnight and that we were going to do a wash. She started coming over and slamming the washer doors around us, trying to intimidate us. For much of the time our wash load was in. When I asked her name, she went silent. She clearly isn't going a very good job of cleaning. I'm contesting the charges on my card and reporting this place to the state attorney general. You can't treat people this way or have dangerous washers with mold. This is the last thing I needed on a rough road trip for medical needs.

The woman working both when I dropped off and picked up was friendly and efficient, but otherwise there wasn't much that wowed me about the place. For a shirt, jacket, and pants, it came out to just under $15 which I assume is reasonable? The only thing that caught me off guard was how long it took for the clothes to be cleaned. Despite the fact that ry seemed to have a large facility, I didn't see any cleaning happening on the premises, so I suspect they send it out. It took a week for my clothes to be ready for pickup. Didn't dry cleaners used to be know for same day or next day service? I probably would come back here again the next time I need a dry cleaner, it's right next to the train station, however they don't open until after my train leaves in the morning, so not as convenient as it could be.
