I would give this place 0 stars if possible. I've been washing clothes here for the longest and never had an issue until recently. My clothes started going missing out of the dryer I placed it in. Ask the employees and no one knows anything. Asked to speak to the manager and no one says anything. Today, my hot, obviously right out the dryer clothes was sitting in a cart under a folding table and NO ONE KNOWS HOW IT GOT THERE. Then, one of the employees dared to accuse me of being there since 9am which is impossible since I was still asleep in my bed (this all occurred at 1pm in the afternoon). Ridiculous and absolutely poor customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

The staff is great and helpful, but in the ser it's hot as heck in there, the AV is NEVER on. I get headache it gets so hot.

I been doing wash and fold at this place for over a year. One time they messed up my bras and their response was next time ask us not to dry them. They sometimes melt in the dryer. Now i have a bleached shirt and the owner states. I took to long to report the damage. I asked if there was any signs stating there was a timeline. She replied no. I was just waiting for me to drop off my next load. However, they no longer have to worry about my 55 dollars anymore. read more

I just went here for the first time. Monday afternoon about 2pm and I must say this place is horribly maintained! Most of the machines have signs on them letting customers know that the machine is broken or out of order. The floor was filled with about 100 dryer sheets scattered all over the place. I even heard one machine make so much noise. Like a banging sound. There was a worker there who didn't seem to be bothered by the obvious mess. Needless to say. . I will never go back to this nasty looking laundromat ever in my life!! There were blankets and towels on the floor to soak up the leaking washing machines. Only God can help this place. The worst laundromat EVER!!!!! The machines a ALWAYS BROKEN. The help are no help at all...they prep for closing by brushing the detergent dispensers and pour dirty water in to running machines with peoples clothes in them. The sweep the floor and vacuum the lint vents while people are folding their CLEAN clothes. The last wash is at 9:30, but they start cleaning and shutting down well before then. The people that own this place should be ashamed. The ladies bathroom never has soap for people to wash their hands...so people have been pissing and making bowel movements all day while touching the handles, and baskets without washing their hands!!!!! The health department needs to check in to this place....if the customers can't wash their hands...how can the workers? And they are handling people's dirty and clean clothes all day! Will never return there again. I went there on a Thursday morning and the dryer I used did not work and I told the staff about it and she accused me of lying about putting time on the machine. What an insult, if she would have just used her common sense, she would have seen that the machines were numbered incorrectly. If the machines were maintained properly then they could avoid this issue because the staff is incompetent and lack critical thinking skills. read more

The laundromat is very clean, inside and outside(including men's restroom). It is well organized and the workers are very helpful. The washing machine and dryer do fine fine jobs. There is no loud talking or music. I like washing my clothes there. read more

My go to laundromat. it is conveniently close to home and two buses stop right in front of it or close. Its located down the block from Rite Aid and Family Dollar so you DO NOT need to go overspend money buying the tiny detergent they offer. Weekends are usually full but Sunday afternoons are tolerable. Washing machines clean very well and can take a lot of clothes. im notorious for walking nearly naked (throw on a dress) into the laundromat because I wait until I have nothing left to wear and for $5.50 it washes a months worth of my clothes and sometimes more. Other prices include $4.50 for medium and 3.50 for small. Service is ok there. I try not to interact unless i have to and when i do, the staff can be a bit stand off-ish but it isnt that serious, as long as theyre not ripping me off.You also have to use the laundromat's card to activate the washer. The card is available at Launderama. So long as I continue to live around this spot, it will remain my spot. :-D read more

went there on sunday april 5th. i have been going there for 3 yrs no issues, took my laundry in with mostly if not all work clothing . dropped off , paid for, got my receipt and left, went there today after working all night only to see a poorly written note advising they are closed to april 20th . so my uniform for work is sitting there and i already paid for it. the attendant said nothing when i was dropping off my bags, there was no notice either, they have my number on there copy and no one called, they didnt even have someone there to refund or give back what done . so i have to get more and new uniform for work and sit an wait 20 days for them to re open , no one answered the phone, there was no forwarded messages , nothing , that is very poor and irresponsible business practice. when i get my stuff back thats it for me, the staff was always very polite and helpful but that is it, i will find another read more
