Since they are new, they leave customers be (not as friendly) but focus on their work. Place was empty when I arrived (9:10am) and they are already busy with drop off services. A customer came in shortly after I filled some machines. Social distancing at its best. Time will tell if they are just as clean as the old management. Also, the old management was too busy and sometimes unaware/lax about face mask coverings. I seen more than a few customers enter without masks; I usually inform the staff who tell them to wear masks or give out free disposable face masks. I hope this new management will be diligent in making sure all customers enter with face masks and continue to wear it covering both the nose & mouth. This is one of the better laundromats I've been to and I come here regularly. Compared to other…read moreplaces in the neighborhood, it's pretty large. The staff keep it clean and there's an abundance of washing machines and dryers (though, on any given day, a few might be out of order). While the washers come in a variety of sizes, I wish there were more of the super jumbo one. I like that size for when I wash bulky items like bedding, but there are only two and they're always being used when I get there. I like that the machines are operated via card, rather than the standard quarter machines most places have. It's much easier to carry the card in my wallet and refill it than it is to walk around with a bunch of quarters. It also means I don't end up with loose change when I'm done. When I'm busy, I use their laundry service and am satisfied with it. They have fair prices and are always quick; if I drop a bag off in the morning, it's usually ready for me to pick up that evening. They also offer dry cleaning, but I haven't used them for that. I deducted a star because the hours they have listed on the door are not accurate. The sign says that they close at 11:30pm, but in actuality it depends on the day and the person who is working. I once went to pick up clothes from the dryer at 10:45, figuring I wouldn't wait until the absolute last minute. I got there, only to see that they were closed. I'm talking lights out and gates pulled down in front of the doors/windows. The clothes I'd washed were for a trip I was taking the next morning and, as a result, I ended up having to rush around like a madwoman the next morning to retrieve my items. I don't care how empty a place is, they nee to honor the hours they have listed. I avoid this place like the plague on Sunday because it is an absolute mob scene.

The way the machines are cleaned is with baby oil and a rag... you have to fight with the door of the washer machines to get them closed just to get the machine started. Now moving to the dryers, you're rolling the dice to find a working dryer the not only A: wether the card reader registers your card no mater how many ways you gently insert the card at different angles but also B: if the dryer will even get warm let alone hot. When you bring it up to the workers they inform you that it is your fault for walking away and not staying to see if it will get warm or not. This place is not even worth being convent anymore. I'd rather walk to one of the smaller laundromats in the area and fight for machines that work over there.

They have smaller washers for $2.00 and larger ones for $3.50 & $4.50. Driers appear to be new and are .25 cents for 8 minutes. A regular load only needed $1.00 to dry completely. It appears to be consistently busy so just make sure you are prompt about removing your items once they've finished.

Offered no compensation. Just an apology that it wouldn't happen again. I sucked it up and used him again as he's the only service in the area that does pick up and delivery. This time was a huge difference. He admitted to bleaching my sheets. Blaming his "new girl". Then I opened my blankets. They stunk. He proceeded to tell me I'm supposed to open the bags to let them air dry meanwhile ive used his service before and never needed to do this. He then admitted again new girls mistake. I requested reimbursement for the sheets that were bleached. He said no only a discount for future. I then noticed a bunch of stains on my very expensive limited edition skims shorts. He proceeded to tell me I need to take better care of my clothes. I gave him that item barely even dirty. I wore it for one second and will even show the court i recently purchased it. Its obviously a fabric softener stain. I dont give him fabric softener or bleach for my clothing. It looks like someone ran in over with a truck. As seen in attached photos, you can see the child that is running this business. I'm now taking him to small claims court because he doesnt want to offer any reimbursement for his mistakes and even laughed at me and told me I'm not his son or brother which was completely irreveleant and decides to laugj at me. Very immature. This kid is about 25 years old and has no idea how to run a business, let alone speak to customers. His own workers told me hes a partier that doesn't wake up until 12pm everyday. Doesn't know how to run a company and will ruin your clothes. Even if you do the wash yourself, they do not rinse the machines prior to your next wash and your clothes can be ruined with bleach and he wants no responsibility even though admits fault through text and his policy on his receipt ensures reimbursement. Stay away from this laundromat. The child is immature and will never help you with any mistakes his business makes. Screenshots to show immaturity and pictures to show damage he did to my clothing. Sheets cost $119. Shorts were $54. Stay away from this laundromat unless you want your clothes lost, ruined and smelly and offered a discount for future use.

I picked up my usual weekly laundry and when i brought it home I've noticed the folded clothes were still a little damp. Didn't think too much of it, maybe they just finished drying it not too long ago. But a few times after that i started to notice it more and more, either they switched to another employee handling these orders or something. My clothes started to come back damp and smelled like wet towels. I couldn't hold back anymore. So the third time I picked up my bags i told the "owner" nicely that the clothes were still damp and i even opened the bag for him before taking it back home this time. And explained that the clothes are starting to smell like it's been left in the dryer wet. Or it was dried at a low setting and not completely dried and just left there to "air dry" hence the smell. I wasn't planning on any confrontation, just wanted him to be aware, because i did want to keep coming back. Before the owner even opened his mouth a woman in the back ( which I believe is his lazy daughter, who probably did the order) yelled out "NOT OUR FAULT YOUR CLOTHES SMELLS" ..... which made both the owner and I locked eyes, and confused with the unnecessary comment. He apologized to me but at this point i was blocked out by the disgusting remark...umm excuse me isn't it your job to clean the clothes? That i paid you to do? Is what i should've said. the fact that i didn't even ask for a refund but this kind of service was just not worth it. In the end i left with my bags. Never stooped down to stupid people they will drag you down to their level. So in my opinion i would suggest you avoid this place. Thank you.

I put clothes in separate bags with brightly colored labels indictating the washing instructios for each bag. I pay a lot of money for my clothes and linens, and I do not want them abused or damaged. Twice now, I have received my laundry back with clear evidence that instructions were neither read nor followed. I sent expensive, highly concentrated laundry detergent, and the entire bottle was used on three loads. Wasting my money, TWICE. The disregard for my personal property is outrageous. I'm sure they have no intention of refunding me hundreds of dollars for the early destruction and replacement of my fine garments that I specifically said were meant to be hung up to dry.
