Five reasons why you should absolutely never use this extremely unprofessional laundry service: 1. They never give you direct answers to your direct questions. 2. They will be late on the pick up (by 1 day) and even later (an entire 2 days late) on delivery. The whole time the contact person kept delaying the eta. 3. Impolite and careless pickup and delivery workers. Our laundry bag was left in front of the house because they kept delaying the eta. They squeezed all of our clothes and linens into one bag instead of separating into two which caused a huge rip at the top of the laundry bag. 4. They will apologize profusely with no valid explanation or solution. They will offer a discount for the next time when they know you won't ever use their service again. 5. They will overcharge you for the service a week later, not providing any sort of receipt or itemized breakdown of costs. read more

Joseph is one of the hardest working and most dedicated small business owners I have encountered. He is thoughtful, flexible, an ace with communication and looks after his customers' needs in a way that I never expected from a laundry service. Once, for example, when he knew that we were stressed about the timing of delivery, he rushed our order without being asked...he is responsive to our concerns, is evidently resourceful when he encounters challenges around vacations and holidays and we are never worried about our laundry being delivered late, etc. My only qualm is that the delivery of clothing in plastic bags is not actually an eco friendly practice, but as for everything else, we have been more than satisfied customers for over a year receiving perfume-free, folded laundry, often still warm from the dryers, picked up and neatly delivered in a timely fashion. There's no laundry in my building so I was looking for a service that did pick up and delivery. The process is pretty simple - I send Joseph a text message the day prior, he picks it up in the morning, then he drops my freshly cleaned and folded laundry the following morning. When I first moved in to an apartment with no laundry facilities, I was very anxious about how I was going to take care of my laundry. Joseph offered a service that was so easy, efficient, and affordable. I used this service for about two years before moving on to my next apartment with laundry facilities and if I ever find myself needing a pickup/drop-off service again I will definitely be coming back to Joseph! After I reached out we were able to exchange all the necessary information over text to set up the first and every subsequent laundry pickup. Joseph was always very transparent and extremely accommodating with his availability. Often I had to leave for work before Joseph could arrive for pickup in the morning and he was willing to buzz a neighbor to gain entry. He would keep me updated with a text when my laundry was picked up and dropped off at my building every time. I have very sensitive skin so I appreciated that they used gentle detergent. If I had particular items that needed to be dry cleaned or washed with certain care I could leave a note attached with my laundry and it would be taken care of accordingly. Had a queen size comforter picked up and washed. I got it back half damp, and because I wasn't home when it was dropped off, it sat in my hallway in a tightly sealed plastic bag for hours. Thankfully, I decided to double check it before stowing it away, because it was damp and stinky. I had to take it elsewhere to dry it completely. Joseph refused to accept what I was saying, and simply said "it was dried completely" and "it should not have a smell". Would not recommend this service. read more
