Five reasons why you should absolutely never use this extremely unprofessional laundry service: 1. They never give you direct answers to your direct questions. 2. They will be late on the pick up (by 1 day) and even later (an entire 2 days late) on delivery. The whole time the contact person kept delaying the eta. 3. Impolite and careless pickup and delivery workers. Our laundry bag was left in front of the house because they kept delaying the eta. They squeezed all of our clothes and linens into one bag instead of separating into two which caused a huge rip at the top of the laundry bag. 4. They will apologize profusely with no valid explanation or solution. They will offer a discount for the next time when they know you won't ever use their service again. 5. They will overcharge you for the service a week later, not providing any sort of receipt or itemized breakdown of costs. read more

I LOVE THIS LAUNDRY SERVICE. Sorry for yelling but it's truly the best. I've been using this service for a year (or two?). Joseph is kind, communicative, and professional. Pick-up and drop-off are within stated parameters and laundry is always nicely folded with nothing missing. I've never been waiting for hours wondering what the status is. Usually Joseph comes himself, but also has drivers for when he's off. Plus, eco-friendly. Two thumbs up! read more

Joseph and the team here at Clean N' Green are superb in their service, consistently. Very kind and accommodating. Not only is their pick up and drop off wonderful, my clothes come back smelling so fresh and so clean, clean. Joseph was immediately responsive and was able to work with us to pick up our laundry and deliver it back at fair prices all within 24 hours. Clean N' Green makes my life in the city easier. Joseph is professional, friendly, and always delivers on quality. My clothes come washed, folded, and expertly wrapped every time. Above all, Joseph is incredibly communicative whether that's via text, requests, or a one-off ask. His flexibility is much appreciated, too. I am a repeat client and recommend Clean N' Green to friends (and would recommend their services to anyone looking to cross off one less thing on their NYC to-do). I am a new customer as of this moorning. I called and Joseph answered and was very kind! Ya dont get that every day. He asked me to text my address to put it into the system, so I did. He took my card infoo over text - which at first I was uneasy about, however with all the great reviews and knowing the place exists IF there was any issue it would be resolved. He is coming to pick up my laundry tomorrow morning (I am thinking he is very busy toay- no worries) I will update / edit this review after he drops them off. right off the bat I can tell he has his sht together - he is organized and just likes getting the job done. I will update after he drops of the laundry but so far - blown away :) read more

Joseph provides a convenient, dependable laundry service! I used the wash-and-fold delivery multiple weeks and it was always picked up and dropped off so efficiently. Clean N Green is overall a great delivery service! Very easy pick up and delivery, and very accommodating with my schedule. Would recommend Clean N Green to anyone hope to have their clothes cleaned, dried, folded, and smelling like they're brand new. Thanks again, Joseph! read more

Joseph is one of the hardest working and most dedicated small business owners I have encountered. He is thoughtful, flexible, an ace with communication and looks after his customers' needs in a way that I never expected from a laundry service. Once, for example, when he knew that we were stressed about the timing of delivery, he rushed our order without being asked...he is responsive to our concerns, is evidently resourceful when he encounters challenges around vacations and holidays and we are never worried about our laundry being delivered late, etc. My only qualm is that the delivery of clothing in plastic bags is not actually an eco friendly practice, but as for everything else, we have been more than satisfied customers for over a year receiving perfume-free, folded laundry, often still warm from the dryers, picked up and neatly delivered in a timely fashion. Thank you as always Joseph! read more

My whole (or majority) building is serviced by them Super responsive and nice Get laundry back within a day They'll even check in on you if it's been a while! 10/10 would recommend read more

The owner is very nice but two of my shirts got ruined in the wash. One was a vintage shirt I loved, so it was a big disappointment.

There's no laundry in my building so I was looking for a service that did pick up and delivery. The process is pretty simple - I send Joseph a text message the day prior, he picks it up in the morning, then he drops my freshly cleaned and folded laundry the following morning. The price is reasonable and now I don't have to do my laundry! I highly recommend! read more

These guys are amazing. They're friendly, and they take so much care with your clothing that my wife and I trust them, even with the delicate bits. Everything comes back smelling amazing. These are your dudes. read more

I hate doing laundry. It's honestly one of my least favourite chores, and going to a laundromat made doing laundry almost feel like a full day task. Joseph's service made it so I didn't have to do laundry anymore! It was so easy Joseph picked up my laundry and brought it back folded and organized the next day! When I first moved in to an apartment with no laundry facilities, I was very anxious about how I was going to take care of my laundry. Joseph offered a service that was so easy, efficient, and affordable. I used this service for about two years before moving on to my next apartment with laundry facilities and if I ever find myself needing a pickup/drop-off service again I will definitely be coming back to Joseph! After I reached out we were able to exchange all the necessary information over text to set up the first and every subsequent laundry pickup. Joseph was always very transparent and extremely accommodating with his availability. Often I had to leave for work before Joseph could arrive for pickup in the morning and he was willing to buzz a neighbor to gain entry. He would keep me updated with a text when my laundry was picked up and dropped off at my building every time. I have very sensitive skin so I appreciated that they used gentle detergent. If I had particular items that needed to be dry cleaned or washed with certain care I could leave a note attached with my laundry and it would be taken care of accordingly. If you are looking for a pick-up/drop off service that offers amazing customer care at an affordable price I can't recommend this service enough!! read more

I found this place during the pandemic, and my only regret was that I didn't find them sooner. It was so convenient to have my dirty laundry picked up from my front door and returned clean. I was very picky about how I wanted my clothes washed and dried. They honored all of my requests, and to make it even better, their prices are extremely competitive. I recently moved out of Brooklyn, and this service is one of the things I miss the most. I definitely recommend this service! read more

My son is allergic to most laundry products, and it took a lot of searching to find a place that would reliably use only the non-allergen products we provided. This was it! They are consistent, and always dropped off same day. Joseph is friendly and very quick to respond! read more

Working with Joseph and the team at Clean N' Green Laundry for nearly 3 years has been a dream. I was nervous after moving into my first NYC apartment -- my first without laundry and a fifth-floor walkup -- that laundry would be a tenuous and annoying process, but Joseph and his team made it easy. They were often prompt and friendly and were always able to accommodate my circumstances as someone who did laundry pickup and delivery. The only reason I'm no longer using this business is because I moved to Queens, but I'm sad not to be anymore. Couldn't recommend Clean N' Green Laundry enough! read more

Fantastic service- always so fast to both pick up and drop off and well done. Goes above and beyond.

This wash and fold pick-up and drop-off service is amazing--super affordable, extremely fast, and very easy to use. Joseph is as friendly and helpful as they come. For all the limited time there is in the day, I'd much rather spend my money supporting a great local business like this than spend my time waiting for the spin cycle to finish. Highly recommended! read more

What an amazing service! We were in town for a couple of weeks staying at a friend's apartment before our son's wedding. The pick up and delivery laundry service was SUCH a huge help to us that we used it several times. Not only did it save us hours in a laundromat, it was just as affordable and extremely convenient! It was SO nice to also have our things folded which made packing a breeze! Joseph is also a very kind person! We can't thank you enough and HIGHLY recommend! read more
