They have inconsistent pricing depending who is at the front counter, which isn't right. Rosa was discourteous and refused to honor the price I had previously paid (twice!) that was in their system. Original price was $8 and she wanted to charge me $11.50. She also refused to provide the manager's contact information and was not interested in getting my concerns addressed. Discrimination is illegal and you should honor the price list you have posted in the store. read more

I had items picked up from my building that I handed to the driver directly. Two weeks later, still no delivery. When I called them, the woman who answered said that they were trying to clean one of my jackets again because of the stains -- the jacket wasn't stained when I sent it off! They finally delivered 4/6 items. Two weeks after that, still no jacket delivery until I called requested it be returned back. When they finally delivered it, there were stains all over the jacket, making it unwearable. When I called to ask about the other missing item, a pair of pants, she said they never received it. Turned out, they did have it! And the video she sent looks like there's a hole in the leg, which also wasn't there when I had it sent off. Now, over five weeks from the pickup date, still no response from their email or store team on how they're going to deal with the pants or jacket. I think that they were going to avoid returning the two damaged items hoping that I wouldn't remember that I sent them off because I can't think of any other reason as to why they just wouldn't return them or communicate about the delay! read more

I got a couple of garments cleaned and they were fine. I brought my winter coat with fur trim and the fur trim came back completely destroyed, unfortunately beyond repair. I went to the shop to request a refund and got complete push back. The lady at the counter blamed me for the damage and refused to give me a refund. They lost a customer for good. read more

I might as well have not washed this jacket--and I wouldn't have had to deal with bad attitude either. I was shocked to see how many marks and stains were left, so I asked, "how was this cleaned?" The lady working there immediately retorted, "are you telling me how to do my job?" I clarified I was only asking how it was cleaned. She said it was dry clean, and "they already cleaned it twice so it's clean." Then when I showed her all the stains, she kept insisting that they weren't able to get rid of it as it's a light jacket. What did I pay $35 for? This is insulting. Also, if they looked at the clothing tag, they would've seen that the instructions are to hand wash the jacket. The symbols indicate NOT to dry clean. When I initially handed it to them, all I said was please clean it, so not on me that they decided to dry clean it. I only came here instead of doing it myself in order to save time, yet that's now what I'll have to do. (Update: yes I was able to get it all with soap and cold water.) AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. read more

Recently, Donald worked with precision on the many alterations needed to transform a vintage silk suit into my Mother of the Groom outfit. At each step of the process, he thoughtfully explained what we needed to do, what could not be done, and how he would address all of my concerns. Donald did this with humor and kindness. Would leave negative stars if I could. The first time I've ever used this cleaners and they loose an expensive shirt worth $150. Not only was the guy rude on the phone but offered no way of ensuring me I'd get my shirt back or be compensated for the shirt. They could've stolen it, given it to another customer or are just so insanely unorganized they lost it. Regardless stay far away unless you want your clothes lost.
