We're staying for more than a week in a nearby Airbnb and were looking for a laundromat to bring our clothing for wash and fold. Miss Bubbles offers this service. We walked in and the staff were very friendly, took our stuff and asked what kind of soap we wanted. The regular detergent has a scent. We didn't want the scent and so, chose the organic soap. Bingo, the right decision. Our clean clothing was ready about 6 hours later, beautifully folded and wonderfully clean. The cost was completely reasonable. If we need this service again, we will be back to use their services. read more

The best drop off laundry service to do it!!! We used it monthly when we lived in prospect heights. So when we moved to bedstuy we naturally looked for a place closer, what a mistake! The new place had all of our clothes folded inside out and put in the same laundry bags we dropped it off in. Sheets mixed with socks and shirts, a catastrophe!!! So now we go the extra mile to drop our stuff off in prospect heights because nobody cleans and organizes laundry the way Miss Bubbles does. I previously had a review up last year when I had a horrible experience here and took it down out of some type of kindness or guilt about hurting their business or something. However, I feel it would be a disservice to not have a review up and mention how badly I was treated, and also accused unfairly of ridiculous things. I was a customer here for 6 months or so. I had to sometimes wait up to 90 minutes after the scheduled or stated time for the man to drop off my laundry, and also a long await for pickups, but to me this was not a major issue, as I know they are understandably juggling many orders. The root of the problem here is the online ordering, which they actually force you to complete orders online. There have been multiple mistakes when I ordered online with my credit card. You can call them, but all they will tell you is that you must place the order online. I placed an order once and paid and it was never delivered. It caused a huge complication and every person i spoke to from the driver to the woman who worked at the Flatbush location thought I was at fault and took no responsibility. At least take the high road and maybe admit that the online ordering glitches all the time and makes countless mistakes. I had to show proof more than once that I paid. Once I was charged twice to my credit card, and had to go in to the store and show proof from my bank statement that I was charged twice and it took so many hours and visits to finally get a refund. I spoke to a woman on the phone explaining I was charged twice, and another time told her that I paid and no one came to pick up my laundry. That woman then called me yelling at me, and accused me of threatening someone that works there over the phone. I did nothing of the sort. All I was trying to do was get a refund because I was charged twice and then also on another occasion no one picked up my laundry after I paid. Maybe TAKE CALLS from people instead of insisting on customers placing orders online, which has caused all the problems I had, or been the root of all the problems and stress I had to deal with, not to mention false accusations against me. If the online orders screw up, TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY that maybe there was a glitch with the online orders and don't just go silent when i tell you the problem. That goes for the driver and the woman who works at the Flatbush location. As far as the laundry, right around when I stopped using them, the prices increased a lot at this location on Flatbush. The laundry itself, when i used them also came out smelling neutral somehow and did not have that slightly chemical smell that I actually WANT on some level. They use some type of organic detergent which might be wonderful for the environment but my clothes don't end up smelling fresh, they end up smelling like nothing, a very neutral smell. It is overpriced somewhat after the price increase, and be warned that if there is any error in the system regarding online ordering, which is mandatory, as you can't place your order over the phone, they take no accountability and don't take your word for it, and go as far as to make false accusations. read more

Self-service Pricing as of 7/19/17: Small Washing Machine $2.25 Medium Washing Machine $4.75 Large Washing Machine $5.00 Their change machine only accepts $1 or $5, weird they don't accept $20s. Pro Tip: go to your local bank and get a roll of $20 of quarters. I walked past 'Superior Suds' (#1) and since this was #2, I figured it might be newer. Wrong. It says AC on the front but it was still the same temperature as outside. They have fan going, but the only AC unit is at the service/drop-off counter. It was empty for me on a weekend afternoon but not sure I'd be coming back. I think I'll walk a few more blocks... Their small & medium washing machines are outdated and don't offer any other settings other than heat: - Perm. Press - Hot - Warm - Cold So, if I wanted to do delicates I'd have to pay $5 to use a large machine?! No thank you. There's also no read out on the small & medium dryers for how long a load will take (1hr). 2 stars only because it was clean and quiet. read more

This review is for their wash-and-fold service only. It's amazing. They can do stuff same day and it's incredibly cheap. The turnaround time is just fantastic. They keep my white shirts perfectly white if you ask for bleach. Everything is folded perfectly. The staff are great people and amazingly responsive. I've used them for two years now and I have zero complaints whatsoever. I'm moving to a place with a washer and dryer and I like these people so much I honestly will miss their folding and how perfect they made my white dress shirts. If you're using them just for the laundry mat, yes wash-and-fold adds up but I calculated that I spent $380 last year to never do laundry and have everything done perfectly. Just try it out. I'm pretty cheap but it saves you so much time it's 100% worth it in my opinion. $380 to enjoy your weekends! read more

I loaded my things in a dryer that refused to stay on. I asked the woman working about it and she told me the machine worked as she manually held down the start button. Her suggestion was that I stand and hold the button down... for 21 minutes. Deliberately rude and stubborn. Then, I looked over to find she had "accidentally" bumped my new dryer door open and my clothes had spilled out on the floor. I've now posted up right by the dryer and the door hasn't magically popped open once! If you'd like to deal with an incredibly rude worker and have to guard/babysit your clothing, by all means come here. read more

Friendly staff and super quick turnaround for wash and fold service. I usually drop off my laundry around 7p and often it's ready by 8:30p. The store closes at 9p. I once lost track of time and arrived at 9:15p and the gentleman was nice enough to reopen the shop so I could get my laundry! Also, cash only! read more

I've been doing drop off with this place for 3 years and finally had to stop using the drop off service and just wait to wash things myself on the weekend. Too many times have I received someone else's tee shirts, socks and even panties. I've had things not come back that I know were in the bag I dropped off but no one seems to know what has happened when you mention this. I would generally say, avoid the drop off service if you don't want to lose your clothes. read more

Our dryer finally bit the dust, so in the interim we are going to Superior Suds II for wash and fold. It's wonderful. Friendly staff, super fast turnaround and the clothes come out so fresh and clean smelling I might ask them what they use! Highly recommend this place. read more
