This is a wonderfully clean and well maintained laundromat. Today I did my own laundry (vs. drop off) and had a great experience. There are 3 sizes of washing machine: 2 loader for $4.50 - 3 loader for $6.50 - 6 loader for $10.00 There are 2 sizes of dryer: Standard size .25¢ for 4 minutes or Larger size .25¢ for 3 minutes My only complaint is that there's no where to sit. I'm just a little too far away to walk back and forth. Great experience and will be back. read more

They took my jacket for dry cleaning. When I went to pick it up, they said they couldn't clean it because it has leather accents & then still charged me $25! read more

Great machines, always in working order. Plenty of change, no need to mess with change machines. The staff is super nice.

I had a similar issue that some others reported where I'd get my clothes back, and they just didn't look or smell clean. I would try talking to them to see what happened, and it would get better for awhile, but then would happen again. It's pretty gross, and I just don't have a ton of patience of policing someone's work. The entire point of wash and fold is to not have to worry about it. I might consider using them in a pinch, but where there's 24 hour turn around with pick up and drop off at other places, probably not. read more

Always amazing service from the ladies here! I like that they get to know customers so they typically expect how much I'm bringing for full service wash and fold. Prior to moving to the neighborhood I had never used wash/fold service but Wishwash has converted me to a loyal customer. I bring in a load to wash weekly and I use a machine to wash my activewear (because I air dry it at home). The place is very clean and organized and I always feel safe with social distancing measures in place. They allow one or two people in at a time. read more

I used to love this place; especially pre-covid when the lovely couple who owned it were there regularly. The space is pleasant and the machines are all shiny new and clean... however, the last time I was there, their driers were THREE MINUTES per quarter. I haven't been back... The older, grittier places don't dazzle me with shiny machines, but at 7 or 8 minutes per quarter drier cycles (and only $3 per washer), they're getting my business now. I miss Wish Wash but won't pay for 3 minute driers. read more

A big improvement from this laundromats previous incarnation the Kleen Machine. That place was gross and worn out. They closed down for a bit, shrunk the size of the place, and cleaned it up. The prices went up a little, but that's the trade off for clean working machines. The machines are all coin-op now, and so far, they actually function correctly. The change machine only takes singles, so you always have to ask for smaller bills, unless you are that prepared. Which leads me to the staff... When they reopened, there was a nice older couple, they are insanely polite, they make coffee and tea, and put on relaxing music. Overall a very very nice atmosphere. However, recently I've noticed some old staff return, specifically the sloppily dressed Caribbean girl. Her every breath is spent arguing loudly with someone in her cellphone. When she's there she seems bothered by any inquiry, it's just her and her cellphone, no relaxing music, just chatter. Overall a big improvement from their old dirty spot. The newer staff are great, and really make doing my laundry a pleasant experience. read more

$1/pound for wash and fold service, with a minimum of 9-10 pounds. Great service, professional, and quick! We've never had a problem getting our clothes next day unless it was a holiday weekend. After almost four years of using them, they've never lost an item. Cash only. read more

I'll be the first to admit that I hate laundry day with every fiber of my being BUT, that being said, this laundromat makes it all ok. Not only is the space beautifully clean with brand new machines that actually work well, but the business is run by the kindest couple--in fact one evening the gentleman even helped me carry my enormous heavy bag a block to my front door. Seriously folks, do you know how rare it is to find a laundromat like this in this city?? Stop dealing with your gross sad laundromat and take your clothes here. Their wash & fold service is really solid too. Finally you should know that I made a Yelp account for the sole purpose of leaving this review. This place is great. I have been doing drop off as they only have that at the moment given the corona virus but they are very conscientious in that it is one in one out to avoid crowding and the associated risks. I will definitely keep going after because of their customer service throughout this period. read more

I agreed to pay $12 to have my dress dry cleaned. When I went to pick up the dress, it came out to $18 when my ticket read $12 and that was the agreed upon price. When the worker tried to reach the manager, she could not reach her by phone. So I ended up paying $18. I don't appreciate prices changing last minute so I will not be returning. Also cash only so be aware of that when you're picking up. read more

To echo another reviewer, the new incarnation of this laundromat is a HUGE step up-- clean, better machines. I also find the couple who own it to be incredibly kind and lovely. However, the main woman who works there- her name is Alisa, is very unpleasant and acts like she's being forced to be there. She's been mildly rude to me and very rude to customers I've seen asking questions. Such a disservice to that wonderful couple and their business. They do need a change machine, though! Counting out change in cups while you stand there doesn't make sense. read more

Great work and even better service! The folks at Wishwash simply made our life easier and did it with a smile. Before the pandemic, they picked up and delivered our laundry, took good care of special items, and were always available to pick up and deliver on our schedule. They are honest, reliable, and just good people. We will miss them now that we moved to Windsor Terrace. read more

I fully concur with Jane B. Lisa, the woman who manages the place is very unpleasant to certain customers and goes out of her way to ensure an unpleasant experience. I too have witnessed her being extremely rude to customers and she has been very rude and disrespectful to me for asking a simple question. She isn't accommodating to certain customers and she closes the place before the appointed hour. Indeed she is a disservice to the wonderful couple who own the business. From her attitude and behavior, it doesn't appear as though she has the best interest of the place at heart. Jane B is not the first person I've heard complained. She is only serving to drive away neighborhood customers. Such a disappointment! read more
