They will be late on the pick up (by 1 day) and even later (an entire 2 days late) on delivery. The whole time the contact person kept delaying the eta. 3. Impolite and careless pickup and delivery workers. Our laundry bag was left in front of the house because they kept delaying the eta. They squeezed all of our clothes and linens into one bag instead of separating into two which caused a huge rip at the top of the laundry bag. 4. They will apologize profusely with no valid explanation or solution. They will offer a discount for the next time when they know you won't ever use their service again. 5. They will overcharge you for the service a week later, not providing any sort of receipt or itemized breakdown of costs.

I had a great experience and can't speak to any negative comments I've seen. I washed my sheets in the large washing machine and regular dryer. No soapy residue to be seen, and plenty of water in the cycle. I paid for a little over 30 minutes on the dryer and didn't even need that much - they were very hot (and very dry) when it was finished. I used the change machine twice and got all of the quarters due. I waited on an available chair and watched several regulars come in and chat with the woman working, so I can't be the only one with no issues. I will definitely be returning!

They kept messing that up - and then I kept having to re-do it when I got home. So what is the point of paying for wash and fold (two services) - when I had to do one of them over after coming home??? HAVING SAID THAT... Recently, not only did they raise their prices but they actually couldn't explain the ticket! Turns out they were charging me a dollar more. Then the nasty lady had the audacity to give ME attitude for questioning why the math didn't add up.
