However, I ended up messaging here on yelp since I did see so many reviews about it! The told me to call to setup an account for pickup/delivery. I called again today and when I asked to set up an account, the man hung up the phone on me. I'm disappointed because I was really excited to try out the pickup/delivery service everyone is raving about! However, it looks like I won't be able to.

Oh forgot to mention these washers were 18 quarters previously and are now 24. 24 quarters to have your clothes held hostage by the worst laundromat in the city. Ridiculously crowded. Long waits for dryers because half of them are "reserved" so the new gentrifiers in the neighborhood can use wash and fold service. It's a shame

I booked my 6-9 pm pickup at 11:30 am on Thursday through the website. I didn't receive any confirmation via call, email, or text to confirm when my laundry would be picked up. I left my laundry out on the porch and it is now 2 pm on Friday, over 24 hours after I booked my laundry pickup. I haven't received any communication to confirm that my laundry has been picked up. To make matters worse, I've sent numerous emails to the emails provided and their number is out of service. This is the opposite of the responsive customer service others describe. I have no idea what's going on or if this is just a giant scam.
